Purchased for use with lowest tier (200Mbps) offered by Spectrum. I initially tried the CM1200 but it gave issues during activation; modem not supported even though it’s on their approved list site at the time. For this model, the LEDs light up in a way that’s very easy to understand: green = active/okay status, yellow = not active/issues status. So far it has been working great but it’s only been 1 month. The real fun comes 6months to 24months from now just from general usage. The only time I had connection problems was when there was a power outage or an outage from my ISP. I have no complaints with bandwidth, it’s about what I expect for the tier I have with my ISP but have not verified with any speed test. Also, I am unsure if it is standard practice but this product DOES NOT include a coax cable. Be sure to purchase that as well unless you have a bunch laying around. The only con I have is that this product is not DOCSIS 3.1.

I purchased this cable modem to drop the rental fees. Once installed it worked much better than the rental I had.. when I called cable customer service to return my rental modem the customer service agent indicated that it could have been used when first installed. If your having issues or want to drop the rental fees I highly recommend

Couldn't understand why I wasn't getting the internet speed I was supposed to get after my cable company upped my speed. After talking to a Comcast rep I was told my old modem was "end of life". It was obsolete and couldn't handle the higher speeds. It worked great at 25mbps but not at 150mbps. This new unit was on Comcast's approved list and now I get the speed I am supposed to get.

The device was easy to setup. Remember it's only as good as your service provider

I really like the simplicity of the router, and it works great. I did have a small issue with the setup instructions when it came to setting it up with my ISP, the in box instructions are out of date which required that I do some research for finding the right number to call to set up the connection, but other than that, great product.

Is a solid item for the price I paid. It was easy to set up and gives me Greta wired connection and decent wireless.

We bought this after realizing our new Netgear router did not include the modem like our cable box did. We went with the same brand for seamless use and were not disappointed. It's worth it to have a better modem and router with the high dollar fee we pay for quick internet access. Setup was easy!
