It's been flawless so far. Doubled my speed over my old 8 x 4 modem. Haven't had to reboot since I installed it.

it is more than expected very reliable and fast, I recommend it.

My old Router did not work with Comcast even though it is only 4 years old. so I had to get a new router when I moved in my new home; this router was one i had to get since I always used this brand, it is working without a hitch for couple months. I get the top speed advertised by Comcast. Glad I did buy this router.

This is the 2nd one for me. The first one has been working in our office for over 2 years so I bought one for our home. Far superior speed with no latency. The big plus is I'm not shelling out $12-$15 a month for modem rental from Comcast.

Works for Time Warner's new network and speeds. I'm subscribed to their 100 mb/s line and am receiving roughly 115 mb/s. Mostly bought the standalone modem as opposed to the modem/router combo because I have a free wireless AC router from T-Mobile so this saved me about $100.

Easy to set up cable modem works great I would recommend it.

I bought this product to replace the old modem-router combo I had and also wanted to avoid the monthly modem fee from the ISP. I would also advice users to avoid the combined modem and router as these technologies are not advanced at the same pace. This way it also gives you freedom to switch ISP anytime you want.

Great modem. Does what it's supposed to. Works like it's supposed to. Zero issues with setup or ongoing heavy use.

This new Modem replaced my 8 year NETGEAR Modem. Contacted my cable provider for a list of compatible modems and purchased the unit from Best Buy. Installation was easy, contacted my cable provider to activate and the unit has been working fine.

THis modem works well with comcast and xfinity. No issues.

I only gave 4 stars because I did have to call Xfinity to get it running. After that it has been Excellent. Don't waste your money leasing from your provider. We do use Google Mesh for WiFI (5 Stars) and also have Ethernet switches, (splitters) to add other wired connected devices. Has worked flawlessly since install.

This was one of the modems recommended for use with Comcast/Xfinity. Got it for a good price with price match. Setup was easy. Just hooked it up, then called the cable company to activate it. I've been using it for over thee weeks now, with no problems.

Easy to setup and pretty fast speeds without and lag.

Purchased this for my daughter's college apartment. She has Comcast and while we did have to call Comcast support to get it set up, that process was quick and is working fine. Purchasing this will eventually pay for itself by avoiding the rental fee.

I purchased a NETGEAR - 16 x 4 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem so I could stop paying rent for one from Sudden Link which I did and I will save enough to in a few months to pay for my purchase and to start saving more than I spent on this item. I trust NETGEAR and I am looking forward to my saving.

The modem worked great and was easy to set up. Wish that was what we had purchased initially. We originally left the store with what we were led to believe was a modem and router combination. Was much more expensive the the separate modem and router we eventually purchased after a return.
