I got tired of having to pay Optimum a monthly rental fee for their modem. So, not only am I no longer paying them but I am getting definitely faster download speeds. Bought this when it was on sale. Within a year, it will have paid for itself. To me, it was well worth it.

This was a relacement for Motorola SB6141 damaged by lightning strike. While the 16x4 Channel Bonding enabling fast 680 Mbps download actually allows wireless connection to Inifity Flex where the Motorola required cable, the range is not as good with a Linksys router as when using the Motorola.

I bought this so I didn't have to rent a modem from Comcast anymore. Setup was a breeze, and I paired this with Google Wifi at the same time. Both are operating flawlessly and I'm saving $11 a month in rental fees.

Good product Using from 2 years no problems till date

THis modem was exactly what I needed to take advantage of COX Ultimate Internet. It easily handles the demands placed on browsing by my family with ease. I would recommend my best freind or enemy to buy this proudct because it is that good and I havent had any issues with it thus far.

I've had this cable modem for about 2 months now and have had no problems with it. It replaced my previous netgear cable modem which didn't work with my upgraded speed from TWC. I purchased the cable modem because I am tired of paying "rental" fees, that keep inching up, to the cable company. So far, so good.

This router does work with time warner cable. I pay for 15 mbs download speed and was getting about 14 with their modem. Since I bought this modem I am getting 17.5 mbs speeds. (This was using a custom PC for tests prior to this purchase and after) can give you speeds of over 600 mbs if you can get fiber optics.

Great modem/ router. We are running 400 mps and it can handle it all and more. Good price and easy to install.

Awesome modem! Works great on Spectrum network. Pros Plug and play. Log into My Spectrum to activate. Cons No auto restart settings to adjust Does run quite hot but running good for a few months now.

When you follow the instruction this is a real easy setup. Works great with my Netgear nighthawk. Bought this to replace my Motorola MG7550 which is a great modem/router but its incompatible with some of my tech (Nintendo Products).

I have always chose Netgear for all my networking needs and decided to try out their route. It didn’t disappoint one bit! Right away I saw a speed increase and it’s a lot more reliable as well. Definitely would recommend going with this router over the other similar options

Bought this modem with the router. Bothe are working pretty well. Easy to set up. Reasonable price.

if you have Comcast like me and have a router already this is a good entry level modem that is gonna do the job, the signal is strong all over my house, not a big one I got say but is a decent one bedroom apartment, not complains with this bad boy!

This review is simply a statement of fact. I unboxed it and plugged it in and it worked. However, I returned this item once I realized the issue was not the previous router; as first suspected. So, I got my money back and went with the Motorola I had bought. When Comcast got its act together, both modems worked great. So, I can at least say that much about this item.

This cable modem is a very good choice for people who want to shave cost off their monthly cable bill and the modem's ability to support up to 680 Mbps means that when higher speed cable internet becomes more affordable you can easily opt for the speed bump without the need to purchase a new cable modem.

Had it now for half a year and works great! My Arris went out that Charter gives out and it was going to take days to get another one, so got this from Best Buy and it has been wonderful. I expect this to last a very long time like the rest of the Netgear stuff I have.

The speed of this modem is great, but after a couple weeks I noticed that my internet kept dropping out. If you unplug the device and let it cool down (it gets quite warm), the connection is very solid. I don't have the modem in an warm area, so I'm probably going to have get an RMA from Netgear.

Easy to connect and setup. I have not had any issues with it.

This NetGear modem gives you great connectivity with your router and its sources. Adapts very quickly with your high speed internet speeds to distribute accurate speeds to your internet streaming and 4K necessary devices!

Worked well while i had it. Returned because my friend had a router we could use and I had no use for it!
