This is a very fast modem, I am getting 61 Down 6 Up with my Time Warner Cable 50/5 plan so this is a very fast modem and will give you all the speed you pay for plus 20% in my case. Buy it!

good performance, installation simple, fit the task

I purchased this so that it was compatible with some of RCN's higher bandwidth plans. Simple to get registered with their network. I software interface is fairly simple, but a vast majority of people will never even see it. It's basically plug and play for 99% of people.

Moved into apartment were AT&T internet was not available (which is what I had) so I had to get cable internet. My past dealings with the cable co were less than stellar so I resisted but setting it up was easy and it works fine so far. The cable co started charging me a rental fee for a purchased modem (see what I mean) so I cleared that up but the modem works fine.

It does what I need with no problems. What more could I ask for.

I have the 400/20 service with Spectrum and this modem has been fantastic! I've never had an issue that wasn't part of a larger area outage. This sits in front of a recycled Barracuda running pfsense handling the routing.

DId the job. replaced old modem. Need to go through Xfinity (or other cable provider) to activate which once understood was not a hard process. Otherwise plug and play

I purchased this modem to replace the rental unit from TWC. The setup was easy and the unit has produced a faster wifi signal than the rental. I noticed it but the true test was my 14 yo stepdaughter. I didn't tell her I had made a change until she made a comment. Everyone is happy.

Previously had a rented modem from cable provider. Storms came through and they wanted me to wait 4 days for a technician. I purchased this unit and had it up and running within a few minutes. Returned the rented modem the next day. I've had great luck so far with it. Would recommend

Fast no nonsense modem. Easy to set up and actually delivers faster speed than I'm paying for! I found that it doesn't work well when connected via a splitter, so have now connected it directly to the coaxial cable.

This modem was exactly what I wanted. It was everything it was clearly advertised to be. It was super easy to install. So glad I have one less reason to deal with Cox.

needed a new modem and Best Buy had the perfect solution for those of us who have signed up for Comcast Triple Play. Others wont work because of the telephony component. the price is great, the service excellent as always and i am more than satisfied with this product and purchase.

I originally bought a all-in-one router and modem. Realized it was extremely slow. Purchased this modem because it is a DOCSIS 3.0. which is capable of 300 megabytes per second or more. Highly recommended very easy to use and setup

Way better value compared to the garbage you get from ISPs. If you are paying for a lower speed internet plan, then this should be just fine.

I’ve been using it for almost a year, and it’s been great. Just a heads-up—you’ll need a router to use it.
