Setup was straight forward and download speed was improved, speed before: Ping 9ms, Download 36.33 mpbs, upload 12.13 mpbs. After: Ping 8ms, Download 162.90 mpbs, upload 22.12 mpbs.

This router works as you would expect for a high speed router. It is not exactly plug and play. But it is doable for regular people.

Works with my TWC service no issues. Gets the full download speed to which I have subscribed, but this unit actually has headroom beyond TWC's fastest service right now (as of June 2016)

This is an upgrade, needed a modem that could complement my 300+ mbps that i get, my last old modem would top out at 150, I have been hitting almost 400mbps on a 300mbps package !

I got this modem to rid myself of the exorbitant Comcast fee for Modem rental. Not only am I saving money, I have yet to notice even a slight difference in performance. Very good purchase. I am pleased.

It works for what it's intended use. The LED lights are on the small side. It's a bit difficult to see the lights if you have it setup away from your desk

This modem has solved our internet speed problems and made our internet time stress-free. Only issue was in not setting up everything with great ease. I eventually figured it all out, but it was a little not user friendly.

My old modem died so I bought this model. Got it home and plugged it in. Called cable company with pertinent information they need to make it function and it was up and running. No problems. Chugging along well ever since.

Purchased this modem as a gift for my parents as they rented a modem from Comcast. It paid for itself quickly since they no longer need to rent from Comcast.

We are limited and monitored with TWC and the law how fast we can really transfer our data. Although it's much better and faster than the pokey modem combination TWC rents you.
