I found this modem to work best with Spectrum Services after my research. I purchased this unit. So I could be free of rental charges.

This is a great modem easy to setup and work with. We used it along with a nethear router recommended by a Best Buy employee and works amazing! Best value

As far as I can tell, it works just fine. Turns out I didn't need it and it was a service issue, so I've held on to it as a back up in case my current modem goes out.

Seems to be working well. No issues so far. It works for my needs.

It was easy to set up, though I had to call Xfinity to have it activated. It's a good price for someone looking for decent internet speed.

This eliminated my ping and lag, it’s worth it! Before I had this I would have ping in the 80s (on fortnite) now that I have this it stays in the 10s to 20s

Needed a great modem without wireless since I had a really powerful router. This keeps up with 5 people streaming without any issues. Works great with my wireless router.

bought this product because my old cable modem from ARRIS broke and it would constantly keep rebooting. I bought this modem got it connected and is working great so far never rebooted while I was doing something.

Got this as an upgrade for my cable modem and am getting very fast speed at home. Tested out at 179 mpbs. Well worth the upgrade. My old modem was Docis 3.0 but this is much faster.

I bought it accidentally thinking it was a wifi router, but the modem passed all the speed tests as intended

Set up was under 30 minutes including the time the internet carrier took to update the records and test. No issues or changes with speed and the reduced monthly fee is great.

This has turned out to be a great Modem. They seem to need to be upgraded so often, but this is still providing good service for us. It easily accommodates the Ethernet port needs we have, since we run several things over ethernet. Resets easily when needed. Crossing my fingers we still have a couple of years b4 we need to upgrade again!!

The Netgear cm500 works well for both tv streaming and gaming. Upload and download speeds with time warner are fast with very little latency. Overall a very good product.

I purchased this as a replacement for outdated equipment. Set up was simple nothing difficult or complicated. 15 minutes from plug in till on line. Unit works decent for the money but i find daily reboots needed to maintain speed.

This modem works great for the price. I had an old one that kept losing signal to a brand new router and needed an affordable one quickly and decided to give this one a try. So far so good 1 month later

Went to BB for a modem. The one from my internet provider went out for the 2nd time this year. Seems to work fine. No issues.

I bought this modem because the modem I had before stopped working and was only 6 months old. I needed something more reliable and this modem was recommended.

It took a speed upgrade by Comcast to remind me I was stupidly renting their modem. Buy your own, it pays for itself in a few months and has better speed than the Comcast unit
