Whether this is due to the modem or some other issue, I am not sure. Had Cox out for about the 15th time...they are telling me that the modem is going out. Signal coming into the home is very strong, but the modem does not always show a good signal. Spent around $150 for this modem. Expected a little more time before it quit...actually this is the first modem that I have ever owned that did go out...
