Failed within a week.

I could tell from the first few minutes that it was running really hot and maybe it was my fault since my internet provider had the cable connection in the back of the house with no AC, however, the hardware that my IP sent me was back there for over a year with no issues. Either way, I took it back and upgraded to the Arris SBG8300 and so far it's working great.

a great modem for twc higher end speeds
