It does its job

The original died from a lightning strike on my cable. I gave the 1st one the same rating. It does what it is designed to do but didn't meet the speed improvements that the Best Buy employee told me that it would. It will pay for itself in 5 months by replacing the rental modem from Spectrum and is better than theirs. So, there's that!
