Very good and high performance and high speed and small size

This product is so easy to set up and works well with our household.

Had net dropouts with existing modem because it was not compatible with new docsis III requirements. Was renting the old modem from the cable company. This new one will pay itself off in 6 months. Install was easy, hooked it up and called teck support and they had it online in 15 minutes. Speed went from 20 MIPS to 45 with no errors or dropouts.

I studied my internet speed needs and discovered this mid-range cable modem met all my needs at a price I could afford. Many features found in more expensive products were standard on this modem. I've used this modem for a couple weeks now, and its performance is excellent. I have recommend this product to friends.

Set up was easy. Cable Modem has been working great for the short time I've had it. Run speed check on your old setup so that you have a comparison when the new modem and/or router is installed. The internet provider configured my modem over the network which improved performance.

Set up was fairly easy. Works good and now my computer is MUCH faster.

I am a Time Warner Cable/Spectrum customer. The basic internet package speeds were recently doubled to 200 mbps in my area. I was consistently receiving only 100 mbps, and in talking to TWC/Spectrum I discovered that my older modem was not capable of faster speeds. I read Wirecutter reviews of the best cable modems, found this as their top-rated model, and purchased it. I did have to call TWC/Spectrum to finish setup (the online registration did not complete on its own) but after that my internet was up and running at 200 mbps. Since installation a few weeks ago I haven't had any disconnects or issues. Service and speeds appear consistent. The modem itself only stands vertically, which required a little repositioning on my part, but it is compact and cleanly designed. Best part: the modem lights are dim and virtually unnoticeable from a distance. Overall great purchase!

I had this modem previously and it worked well for me until I experienced a power surge at my house. Since it worked well for me before I decided to buy another one. It was easy to set up and connect it with my internet service provider.

I purchased this modem after another brand's modem stopped working a month after the warranty I purchased. This modem was on sale, easy to install, and it's doing a great job. I've been using it for about a month and I have had no problems with it.

I just had Time Warner Turbo internet service installed last week and so far this modem has performed really well. I have it connected to an older NETGEAR N600 wireless router, & they work well together. I was disappointed that I paid $100 for a nice modem and it came with a CAT 5 cable (which can't handle speeds up to what the modem is supposed to carry). Cables aren't that expensive to just get your own CAT 5e or CAT 6, but a "top speed" modem should come with a "top speed" cable. I would've expected it to at least come with a 5e, if not a 6. I'm actually using the CAT 5e cable now that came with the Netgear router I bought a couple of years ago. It just doesn't make any sense to include hardware with specs that don't match up. It'd also be nice if they could figure out a way to include a phone jack in case someone wanted to use it with a bundled service.

I was looking to save some money on my comcast bill and was asked to purchase a modem that would be compatible with their settings. This has been a great buy as not only do I save money on the monthly bill but this works way better than the comcast modem. It was very easy to use and setup as well.

Bought this to replace an old modem, set up was fairly straight forward (especially for a Comcast subscriber as I did not have to call the cable company directly to get the modem registered). Have had it about a month and has been working great so far. The multichannel feature allows room to grow and handle higher throughput if needed in the future.

Moved to an apartment recently so it was time to switch cable providers. The installer advised that I could save the monthly fee and just buy my own as long as it was compatible. Already had the same brand router and never had any issues with it. Now that I've paired it with the modem it works even better. Great value & super easy to setup and install.

Works well, setup went quickly with TWC. Only complaint would be it seems to run a bit hot.

This modem was just what I needed for my Cox internet service. Installation is basically foolproof. The only other step is to register the modern with Cox, giving them the S/N and MAC address for it. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
