This is a great modem, supports the new docsis 3.0 that most, if not all internet providers are using. It even boosts your speed. I have 75mb/sec download from my provider, but it regularly clocks at 90 mb/s download speeds. Suuuper easy to hook up and use.

I was looking to lower my cable bill. I read the reviews on this modem and thought I would try one out. The modem was easy to hook up and the cable company was able to transfer my service without any problems. Modem works great and the price was right. Would buy again!

This a decent, affordable 3rd Party modem that is compatible with Xfinity. Sure it costed more up-front than paying a monthly fee to rent their router, but it's a good investment if you want to have more freedom to choose a modem that will cater to your specific needs based on respective internet usage.

Works great! Can't beat it for the price. Have had zero issues in a family full of online gamers.

So far this item is working great (only installed for about a week). Ease of install with Mediacom was a snap once MAC address registered and rebooted. Plan to buy a second one to have on hand as a back up.

Setup is very easy - comes with a quick start guide. MAC address and serial number are clearly visible. Even has phone numbers of major ISP providers, for activation. No performance issues - took a couple minutes to register, but no drop outs since replacing old modem with this one.

I bought this to replace an older Netgear modem that was beginning to fail. The installation was seamless although it required provisioning by Suddenlink. Performance has improved even though the previous modem was Docsis 3.0 as well.

I bought this cable modem to work with Suddenlink internet. This modem has worked flawlessly since day 1. It is powerful and downloads rapidly. Easy to install and easy to connect to other devices, like smart TV, etc., through my Netgear wifi router.

Easy setup and WAY better speeds than the old modem my mom was using. Gave her my old modem a few years ago and was working okay, but started to lose connection for a few seconds every now and then. Found the old modem was only a 4 downstream channel model. So, obviously switching to this 16 channel was a huge improvement. Paired with a new ASUS AX3000 router as well since the old router was also a hand me down only on WiFi 4. Now that she has the iPhone 12 that works with WiFi 6 (AX) upgraded the router as well and now everything is running faster on WiFi, no buffering and no dropped connections anymore.

This modem is approved for Time Warner up to its 300mb speeds. I currently have the ultimate 200 and I am getting speeds of at least 230 download /23 upload speeds on Time Warner. I had it for a few weeks now and not a single disconnect yet. I would recommend this modem if you you have Ultimate 200 plan or greater.

I needed a modem for Cox internet. I already had a router. This one is capable of speeds twice as fast and is offered by the services in Wichita. It was easy to set up, and I have had no problems with it since. I would have purchased a modem/router combined if I did not already have a router.

I bought this thinking I might need a new modem as I was getting slowdowns from my sb6141. When I hooked it up I did not notice a whole lot of improvement and it may havebeen my cable signal. However this is still a top performing modem. I easily get 100-150 mbps with this guy. you wont be dissappointed.

I had no issues setting up this modem, and it works as advertised.

Didn't realize how badly my old cable modem was bottlenecking mbps and had to upgrade for faster speeds. This was the most bang for the buck without shelling out three digits and I tripled my speeds! Installation and setup was a breeze. Would highly recommend for those on a budget.

Our previous cable modem had to be rebooted several times a day. Since we have switched to this new modem we haven’t had any issues. Super simple setup and works great with our Nighthawk wireless router.

Highly recommend that folks buy their own modem so they don't have to pay a monthly fee to the cable company- they make enough money off you with inflated prices!!! This is a solid modem, very user-friendly, good value, just plug n play...

My modem died (probably a power surge) and I had to get on line as quickly as possible. This was really easy to set up as I had the old one to look at and knew which cords went where. I use it with an Apple AirPort Extreme. Everything working nice and fast.

I was paying $10 a month for cable company's modem. This modem was $100. It will pay for itself in less than a year. My old modem was not giving me the speeds I was paying for. This modem speeds are 3x faster than my old one. I should have bought this year's ago. Worth every penny.

Yeah, it works and I don't have any technical problems with it. It just feels really low quality because it's so light. The only other annoyance is the status lights; they can't be viewed from an angle. You have to look at the lights directly to see if they're on and what color they are.
