My last Century Link branded modem lasted about 8 months, I am confident that this one will work much longer and much better. Easy to set up, the instructions were easy enough for me to do it without any outside help. A big plus

Sometimes I loose internet. I didn't have that many to choose from. I needed a new one. I didn't want to get another one from Verizon.

We didn't have many modems to choose from because we get our internet through CenturyLink, but after about a month of use, it has worked well and not dropped our connection.

My century link service was always getting cut off but switching out the modem has made all the difference. We dont have any issues and I actually like my century link connection. Very happy with the best buy recommendation.

Had a few road blocks during set up, but those were mostly on my end. Wi-Fi signal is strong, I can still get signal 2 houses away. Small footprint is a nice bonus.

Works great so far. Hard to set up though. The genie didn't work for me and I spent 1 1/2 with two representatives. The second one was more helpful than the first.

Works well but is not supported by AT&T. They did help set it up because the instructions for setup are on line and we had no internet without it being set up.

I really like the netgear brand so we went with this one and so far it's been great. I've had no issues with it and I'm quite satisfied with my purchase.

Sometimes the streaming stops to buffer but I think that's is due to my service provider and the contract that I have. May need to up the speed of my service

It does what I need at home. Occasionally we can't get on but I feel like that is our provider and not the modem.

I replaced my frontier generic modem/router for this product. It made a HUGE difference. I could connect far more devices without being "kicked off" or having to reset modem. I cannot believe the difference. The price was high to buy it but it is worth every penny.

So far this item is doing a good job. I replaced our CenturyLink modem/router with this. After changing channels it does seem to be doing much better.

I bought this because the provider supplied dsl modem kept dropping out frequently. All the short dropouts stopped, longer ones were still a problem.

Sales guy actually bamboozled me into thinking I needed this when in reality I only needed a router

Works better than the lease modem from Centurylink. Especially with a bunch of devices connected at once.

After paying $9.99 monthly for a leased modem and router, I decided it would be best if owned my own. I've experienced outages on nearly a weekly basis with the one provided by the company, this had one outage since purchased. Simply instructions.

The router has been doing its job and has a lot of nice added features. I especially enjoy the Genie that gives me analytics on our network.

it works good but switching it out took a couple of hours and a phone call to the company, they were helpful once i got the number to call.

Greats specs, but did not work for my ISP, but for the price and specks I highly recommend.

We replaced a century link router that gave us problems quite frequently. This one handles all our wireless needs and doesn't slow down our Internet speed when using multiple devices.
