When it came to setting it up I had to make phone calls to Netgear which uses a overseas call center and they were rude and it took two hours of my time and I would not recommend anyone to go through what I went through over the phone so find a different router.

Expected to get a little boost on signal but it didn't. Other than that easy to set up.

Very hard to connect all devices. Instructions not easy to follow it complete.

Having trouble with it off and on don't know if it is this or my internet provider

This item is a little pricey but not a lot to choose from.

I bought this specifically because I only have CenturyLink available for my services. It would not connect to the DSL service no matter what I or two different tech support departments tried. That being said, the Wi-Fi/LAN part wasn't too bad for a lower model.

When the old modem router from Century Link pooped out, we decided to buy rather than rent. I don't even know if renting is still an option. This new modem router does not seem to deliver anywhere near what it is supposed to. Netflix has to re-load consistently, download speeds are much slower, even though we increased our service from 12 to 20, and connections are sketchy, even after buying a plug-in booster for upstairs. It's fine if you plug directly into it. This thing was $200, and I expected much more. Unless I figure out something that is not clear I will probably have to return it.

It would not connect to our internet even though it said it would. We tried several times with no success. We ended up having to take it back to the store.

I really like the build quality and aesthetics of the unit unfortunately it did not work with the internet provider I currently have. I wish i would have known prior to the purchase of the incompatibility.

I bought this product to replace one BestBuy sold as new, but, was used and could not change password. Waited longer than 15 days and have a worthless 180 dollar modem/router. thanks. bestbuy

The Modem / Router is a good brand and I previously got them and all the necessary instructions, cables, DVD /CD were all in the box. Either the manufacturer/vendor didn't box it with the things missing or I ended up w an open box return. I am a handicapped man and a I needed this device for my home office where I use Ethernet connections rather than WiFi. When I can get someone to carry me out of my and placed in my car, I will return this item. I purchased Geek Squad warranties and Best Buy has to provide me with a brand new Modem/ Router

purchased and was told it would make my computer faster and help me stream movies I can not tell any difference from my old router just cost about five times as much.

Bought to replace an older modem. Unable to achieve signal strength that seller told me would be available. Seldom above 2-3 bars, occasionally as low as 1.

I showed the sales person my old router and he told me this would be much faster. It wasn't any better than the old one so I returned it.
