I had a little trouble setting it up. Had to get some help from the DLS service provider, but once set up it has been working fine.

Don't let ATT sell you a new dsl modem. Too expensive. Get this one and with an easy setup, you're back online and for much less.

Low priced item. This item more than exceeded my expectations!

My previous broadband finally went out after several years so had no choice but to buy a new one. I loved the easy installation of this unit and now that its installed my connection is much faster then what I had previously which made me question why'd I wait so long to upgrade??

The modem was recommended by the sails representive said that it would well with my Internet provider century link and it does !

Modem only, only one connection. This makes set up simple . I have used Netgear for years.

This modem was very easy to set up and normally works great. My only complaint is: every now and then, I'll lose internet access and have to reboot it. This happens maybe once per month.

I got rid of my old ATT Westell modem. Netgear is easy to set up, and much faster internet speed. A great product

My visit to best buy to purchase a new Modem was a delightful experience. My salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me choose the right modem for me and my household.

My Centurylink modem died and the online rep said instead of getting the one they sell for 99.00 get this one from Best Buy and it worked fine. Centurylink compatible is listed on the box.

I bought this brand because I have a router in the same brand. I thought compatibility would not be an issue, plus I trust Netgear. This modem has worked great. No issues of any kind.

This modem hooked about to a good router, gets you hooked up on the internet fast and with increase reliability

Excellent choice! Price was too good to believe. I will surely come back to best buy the next time I need electronic equipment or anything related to my computer network or accessories like cd, mouse, screen protectors,video cameras, and what ever I might need in the future. Also, the customer service is out of this world.

This modem was sooooo easy to setup. Its is also very sleek and compact i can put it anywhere.

AFTER going to WalMart a total of THREE times and the customer service/sales person in electronics (of course a different person each time) recommending the WRONG thing I decided to go to Best Buy and purchase what we needed. Guess what.....CORRECT wireless router/box the FIRST time. Easy to set up.

Easy to install, worked right away.. Noticed a difference immediately in the internet speed.

Had to call customer service because of my computer problems they fixed it and the modem connected and works great

Purchased to replace old leased centurylink dsl modem/router combo which wouldn't allow wifi calling. Combined with seperate router for much better performance plus wifi calling enabled. Only downside is that in pure modem mode no ability to change settings, which I understand is probably normal.

We are pleased with the performance at this point. I received excellent customer service from a store associate who helped choose the modem and router that best suited our needs.
