It works perfectly
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My provider supplied DSL modem died. They wanted $75 for a new one. This was less. I plugged it in, followed the instillation wizard and it connected to the network. Only wrinkle was having to call provider's tech support (and have to elevate past the tier one tech support) tohave them "rebuild" the connection (as the provider's network was being a little wonky . . .provider's issue, not the modem's issue) and get an internet connection.

Great product

We live in a rural area and have to use AT&T for Internet our connection and speed has been bad for years with this device we have seen a increase in speed and connection.

Good for a small home
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1st.- There are no marking to let you know what the lights mean on the unit such as DSL,Ethernet,Internet,Power Etc..2nd.- If you have a compatability problem when setting up, you have one phone call with a tech. who is very pushy about selling you some 3rd party repair service. After 2 hours of getting nowhere, I fixed the issue myself.. I would not buy this product again for the money.

Great inexpensive modem.

Not Compatible for me

Unfortunately it did not end up being compatible with their internet, even though it said on the product box that it should be. Returned it to BB with no issues.
