It really works great and was very easy to install.

After we researched to see what type of item we needed, we went online and found Best Buy sold. it. We spoke to an associate at the store to make sure it was exactly what we needed. We needed this item to connect our computer to the DVR so we could program shows up to 2 weeks ahead of time. It works well.

Wi-Fi router at a great price. Pleased all around.

I bought one of these a few days before lightning struck our house. It's a good thing I paid the extra $5 for replacement! I NEVER buy extended warranties, but modems are pretty delicate, so it's worth $5 for two years of modems. As for the modem itself, it works really well and it's easy to use.

great dal modem, once I got it setup, I have game systems, Dell and Apple products, so headache after headache, getting all systems to talk together, NetGear customer service helped, all all devices are happy now and even started streaming net flex,

I've had DSL for over 10 years and every few years my bridge goes out. (Yes I called it a bridge because that is what it is, DSL modems are not really MODEMs) This unit required very little configuration. I did have to go in and set it for bridged mode, but once I did that, my networking was restored. Happy with it so far.

It was not easy to install I was on the phone with netgear and my service provide to get password access to hook up my computer. I'm no computer geek it took me 2 hours to figure it out to make it work on my computer.

This is my second Netgear modem. It was easy to install and my ISP data was available so it was a quick procedure. I suspect the heat generated in the modem causes it to malfunction over time. A better heat dissipation method would help (a heat sink) of some sort but that does take up space.

I can only use this model on my DSL system, they work very well, but only for about 18 months, then they crash out and I have to buy another one.

Been having issues with out modem because it couldn't handle the workload. This system is wonderful and powerful. We are now set up and good to go. No issues.

I'm the opposite of technologically advanced so I blew a lot of time getting it all connected to run properly. But once you have the product working the speed is great.

Works fine and seems better quality than what ATT wanted to sell me. Didn't have to wait for it to be mailed to me and was cheaper than ATT.

I purchased this product and followed the directions included. Could not get this modem to connect my internet. I contacted Best Buy and because I am not a member of their "Geek Squad", they would need to come out at a charge to help with getting the connection. I live 1 hour away from Lincoln and/or Grand Island. I finally got a different modem through my internet company and now I can't return a brand new modem to Best Buy as it is over 15 days old!!! So now I am stuck with a brand new modem that doesn't connect to my internet company!!! Poor Poor Service!!!!!

Hard to review one of these, as the longevity is the most important aspect of a device like this. But no initial complaints on the setup or the time I have spent using it so far.
