Works great throughout the whole house even in the corners of the basement

This modem is good but I felt a little pricey! It gets the job done!

It looked like it would be a fine modem however when I got it home I found that it didn't work with Century Link DSL. The store said it would but in reviewing the box and talking to Century Link found it wasn't compatible. I returned it & found I didn't need a new modem.

My connection kept dropping with DSL service from sonic.net.

... salesman said I could double up modems, but AT&T disagreed.

Really simple to set up, and worked right out of the box without a bunch of hassle. Also, your store folks were helpful in making sure I got the right product.

Great service! Recommended for WiFi not cable service.

It works we'll, but I have to reset it every once in a while.

I told the guy at the store that I had moved and could only get AT&T at my new home. He recommended this, but it even says on the box that it doesn't work with AT&T. Otherwise it might be a good modem.

Stay away! The router died within the first two months I got it hooked up. Contacted netgear and they replaced for free. Next time I buy a router I will spend the extra money to purchase a more reliable product.

They should not advertise it is a AT&T supported device because it isn't. AT&T will not support it I wasted my money in this purchase because I had to disconnect it or AT&T would not assist me.

it really isn't fast when it comes to connectivity. I returned it because it was slow loading up pages. it could have been my internet connection but I wasn't happy with it that's why I returned it.

Couldn't get the device to connect to dsl service. I did return it. Perhaps it was me, or maybe non-compatible with my particular service provider.

I’m so happy to have a reliable modem at an affordable price! This Netgear replaces 2 bad Motorola Modems that I had a string of problems with for weeks. The 2210 died in less than 2 years and would not give the DSL Light. The 3360 never worked correctly right out of the box and would drop the Internet Light each night. After trying everything known to man to resolve, finally had to exchange for this Netgear. It is a far superior product and is $20 cheaper in price! It does work with the AT&T DSL Network. Even though AT&T claims not to support this specific model over the phone, it works flawlessly and needs no support. It was very easy to setup using the CD. I agree with what another person said to go ahead and use the optional feet included. This helps keeps the modem cooler while operating. It’s such a joy to finally be using the Internet again without constant frustrations. Thank you Netgear!

Didn't work as good as we thought it would. Had lots of issues with our wireless after using it. Changed back to our old one

Won't work with bonded dsl. Would not recommend for over 6mbps

I Wasn't A Huge Fan Of This Product, It Was A Bit Difficult To Install.

when I called the help line, the person spoke VERY little English, and was VERY hard to understand. They had me call my phone company (after phone company told me I didn't need the code), when I called Net Gear back, got a different person who spoke little English, and after an hour, my internet is still not working, I havent't had the time or the patience to call back.

This was a alright modern,not very cheap! But I will not recommend to other people.
