Worked alright then took a dump after 5 months. Make sure to get the protection plan.

As modems go..this is excellant.. Its pretty tall which makes it difficult toput in a desk.. It does have a good look so up on a shelf it looks great. It operates quickly and its upload and download is as it should be. Very easy to install and get running with your internet provider..at least it was with mine. I think its a little pricey. I paid 179 it was reg 249..i think 179 is about right..a modem is only as fast as your internet.. Its a great modem.

I can't comment on this product because it did not work for me.

Got rid of nighthawk for a Motorola. Nighthawk had problems everyday, Motorola, not so much!

Didnt work with internet privider even though said it would waste of time

Stopped working after 1 month. Piece of crap. Poor signal transfer.

Died in 6 months. Wanted it to last longer but it didnt.

easy to install, a simple replacement of an older nighthawk; works exactly as promoted and as expected; supports super fast speed & complete compatibility with xfinity service; have been extremely happy with the modem since the installation about a month ago.

The box says it's compatible with Spectrum, but it isn't.

I upgraded my old CM600 to this one for a couple of reasons 1. Xfinity bumped my speed to 500/15 2. DOCSIS 3.1 for futureproof and also i upgraded my router from Asus RT-AC3100 to Asus RT-AX88U now i noticed whenever QoS on both of my Asus routers are turned on my connection speed caps between 20-40 mbps dl wired or wireless(2.4ghz/5 ghz) without QoS im getting 600 mbps dl. Modem and routers are on current firmware. I dont know how to explain it but on my old cm600 with xfinity 400/10 I didnt have any of this problem. Hopefully it just need a new firmware. Overall it works fine as long as QoS is off.

Very happy with the Netgear Nighthawk ! I replaced the modem/router combo unit provide by my ISP and the speeds and reliability are hands down far superior. Set up was easy too! I would definitely recommend this unit.

I knew Spectrum allotted me 100mbs service but all I was getting was 60-65mbs down with my Arris Docsis 3.0. I was going to replace it with a Arris Docsis 3.1 modem but delivery was longer so I started looking at all available modems. The Netgear CM1200 Docsis 3.1 was available at a local store and got good reviews. It was easy to set up and get Spectrum to input the MAC ADDRESS. It literally double my speed so now I get 120mbs on the speed test (plus or minus). Great result.

This was recommended to me by a friend when I needed to upgrade from an Arris SB8200 and increase my Internet speeds to gigabit. My ISP is Xfinity. Mainly for the family's Internet use for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and tablets. Higher usage especially when there are family parties with at least 10 people in the house. The set up was easy, and it has been going strong for 2 years since my purchase on Dec. 2, 2022.

I had a curbside pickup. The respective gave me clear instruction to complete transaction on my cell phone with patience. The process was quick. This Modem is easy to set up and runs super fast. I would buy this through Best-buy again.

I got this modem to replace the modem that my ISP gave me. To make it reach 1gb/s I had to use the port aggregation feature, the issue with that is that only one of the 4 rj45 ports worked. I got a switch to connect to that port but it kept dropping the connection. I ended up resetting to factory defaults, this time I did not enable port aggregation, so I can use all rj45 ports, once in a while, it drops all connections so it makes me restart the wireless routers that I have plugged to the available ports.

Good speed and great reliability. I have had this modem since 2020 and it has never failed me.

Work well as expected and easy to install.Good speed.
