I bought this Modem and a Router wifi-6 so I did not have to pay rent on Comcast modem anymore. Setting both was incredibly hard and I spent hours on the phone with Netgear but now I'M SUPER HAPPY!!! The combination makes this the fastest setup you can have at home with a fantastic range. My house is over 3,000 Sq ft and I get full bars even outside. The speed will vary according to your device, so my cell phone and my friend's iPhone are super fast. I set up a guest network so friends can come in and use it without interfering with my other devices. I have about 26 devices connected and nothing can slow down the network. Too bad cost a LOT of $$$$$$ but you won't need to buy anything else for the next 5 to 6 years.

Works great as advertised. No issues, very easy to install. Easy to recommend if needing a quality modem.

I purchased this as part of a larger whole home network upgrade and this is the best stand alone modem available for gig speed internet! Works as designed and hasn’t had any problems since purchasing a few months ago.

Easy install, and superfast. Not using all the extra features but still worth the upgrade for typical home use.

This modem works great with Cox service. Currently have my more expensive mesh router in storage and bought a cheap router to work with this and the speeds are fine.

Netgear over the years has proven time and time again, that when they make a product, it not only works. but it lasts. I've had several of their other products, and as long as they are well take care of you will get many years of use out of it. It also is great that they tend to go above and beyond just giving you the basics. Case in point with this Modem. They packed it with options to make it near future proof, with the ability to team two of the ports to get more bandwidth. Others would have just made a standard modem and called it a day

I have had this for a few weeks and so far so good. Set up was easy with iOS. I now get full 960 Mbps via ethernet. I like the extra ethernet plugs, it come in handy to stream line my system. Highly recommend.

This modem works very well with our upgraded internet service of 600Mbps. Easy handles multiple streaming users and pairs well with our new NETGEAR - Nighthawk AX5400 WiFi 6 Router.

The specs say it all. I've had this for only a couple of months and I've had no issues with it. Internet speed of 1gb tested multiple times without any issues. Works solid and I've had no issues with it.

This was the 3rd cable/modem I tried (on the advice of an anonymous Comcast technician ) after two failures with other brands. I knew that DOCSIS 3.1 was overkill, but seemed a reasonable undertaking since I will own this for a few years. The setup is not strait forward as you will be communicating with the cable company using a cellphone while the network is down. Make sure you have a laptop with Ethernet to test your local setup. Now that it's installed, WiFI6 is definitely worth it, in addition to cat5 wherever you can put it.

Purchased this product to replace the one used by my internet provider Which was very slow. Very pleased as everyone in the house can access the internet with no issues. I would recommend this product.

Love this modem. Easy to configure and no more rental fees. Supports aggregate ethernet as well currently getting 1.2gbps from Xfinity and working flawlessly.

I've had two of these now, and they both worked very well. I've gotten them provisioned on a couple of different ISPs without incident, whereas other brands of modems have caused problems with my small local ISP. (The reason I've had two was physical damage; nothing went wrong with the first one until it got crushed.)

Just replaced an 8 year old modem that Charter Spectrum gave me to use. I also paired this up with the new Netgear Nighthawk AX8 router. My last router was the Netgear Nighthawk AC3200, so still great. I was getting 100 mbps from Charter but I knew I could do better. Charter just upped their speeds in my area to 400 mbps so I got this modem and it is really pushing my speeds though consistently. I love it and I love the design of it as well. Definitely recommend this modem if your ISP is giving you speeds over 100 mbps. You may be certainly missing out if you are using the ISP's modem! This was a breeze to set up and I feel like I future proofed myself quite a bit in the process.

I bought this as I recently upgraded by internet and needed a modem with docsis 3.1 It's working great no complains so far plus this one was on the approved list of devices on xfinity site

Great modem, get's me and my devices connected with little hassle. Haven't experienced any issues yet.

Lightning Fast Speeds, our home internet has NEVER been so good. Consistent speeds, no downtime. Absolutely worth the investment, especially with everyone home due to COVID!
