Great modem. Now I don’t have to rent one from Xfinity, and this modem sends a great signal to my router giving great speeds to the house. Way better then my old one and well worth the investment.

I was tired of renting my modem from xfinity so I bought this modem along with the Orbi mesh WiFi system and what a difference they made. I’m no longer getting the drops I was getting before and I’m not renting there modem router all in one anymore that was unreliable. If your looking to get your own modem and router, you can’t go wrong with this modem and the Orbi mesh system. I highly recommend both!

Lightning Fast Speeds, our home internet has NEVER been so good. Consistent speeds, no downtime. Absolutely worth the investment, especially with everyone home due to COVID!

Excellent modem. Very clean design with very clear indicator LEDs. LED are very visible in daylight and do not become an obtrusive light source at night. Easy to configure and setup with Spectrum customer support to enable modem provisioning. Largely error free operation with a minus of data errors in event log. Log can be cleared by user, unlike many other modem manufacturers. Replaced a previous Netgear CM600 modem about 4 years old which was generating large error count. Excellent quality workmanship.

I wanted a gigabit-capable modem to replace the one that Xfinity offers. This one is fantastic. Stable, fast, reliable. It is truly an upgrade to what I had and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

I love this modem, it is very reliable and fast, I have been using Netgear modems for years, I bought this one as an upgrade to my current model.

Purpose of purchase was to have an updated modem to accommodate higher internet speed. Used in conjunction with Google Nest. Easy to install and serves its intended purpose.

The first thing I did after set-up was run a speed test, it came back very fast and I should be able run various devices at once with no problem which has turned out to be true. This is replacing an earlier Netgear modem that Comcast said wouldn't keep up anymore, Never had a problem with it so I assume the same with this.

I highly recommend this product, I’ve used it since January 2022 and have not encountered any issues whatsoever. Easy setup!

Love this modem. I use it with Mediacom. They put their own software on modems even when they are purchased flat out and refuse to give you login info. They require a passcode of the day. My connection was being slowed to 30 mbps and we pay for a 1 gig connection with constant drops. So I went and bought this from best buy. Completley awesome performance.

Great modem, get's me and my devices connected with little hassle. Haven't experienced any issues yet.

With the whole family home during quarantine trying to work, complete college, high school and elementary school it was no surprise that our internet seemed to slow down. When I called our service provider I was surprised to find out that not only was I no longer getting the highest speed they offer (they upgraded speeds twice) but our modem was outdated too. Since my router is fairly new they suggested I upgrade the modem first to see if one capable of ‘more lanes of traffic’ as they put it would help, which it absolutely did. Thanks to this modem, our connections improved without having to also increase our monthly payment for a faster speed.

Amazing speeds. It can direct wire to the router and a TV which may sound trivial but previous modems always needed the router to get to the tv adding a hop that was not necesary imo.

Easy to install and boots very fast. Works well with Xfinity.

DOCSIS 3.1 is blazing. Videos download in seconds, not minutes. Laptops boot up faster, TV streams flawlessly and websites load and respond much faster. Great unit.

It works great. It qas easy to set it up and get it working.

Has great speed, fairly easy to set up and this is coming from someone who isn’t very computer savvy. I wish it were a little more clear on how to set up the other 3 ports

I bought this to replace my outdated Netgear CG3000D cable modem/wifi combo. This works great and gives a very reliable internet access. The installation was little bit tricky because the manual was not clear on aggregated internet port. I initially connected the modem to my laptop and tried to connect my wifi in the second ethernet port. But it did not work because the modem supports only one ethernet port. Finally I figured out this and disconnected my laptop and connected only wifi router. It worked great after that.
