Solid performance, this modem is flawless and the bonus is it has 4 ports on the back not the usual 1. It’s very easy to install.

Docsis 3.1 up to 10 gbps. Works with xfinity service. Very fast. Future proof if u want to upgrade speed in the future. Currently getting 460-480 mbps/ 24. Only cavet: It's only a modem not a router or wifi. If u want to avoid migraines from emf radiation. Can only direct connect to 1 computer even tho there are 4 ethernet ports on the back, you will need to buy a wifi or wired router separately to connect to more computers, Blu ray players etc. I purchased a wired router separately so I can run 2 computers and blu Ray player.

Truly a powerhouse of a modem! This modem lives by its specs. Have testing our Internet speeds constantly to evaluate outputs, and have had zero issues with connections. The only thing to be aware about, if you are replacing a modem to avoid rent charges, it's a bit tricky is you don't have an ethernet port on a laptop. We couldn't get our router to communicate with the modem at first. Reason still unknown. However with an ethernet port straight into the modem allowed me to start our Xfinity network. Hope this helps anyone that comes to the same issue.

Simple to set up, works great and internet is super fast now.

Installation was a breeze. Swapped an older Netgear modem to take advantage of the high-speed Comcast connection. Excellent speeds with this modem.

Easy to install and works as expected. The hardest part of the installation was the messaging from Comcast once connected to the Internet.

Great router haven’t had any issues at all plugged it up called xfinity now my internet connection so much faster and no more rental fee .

I alwasy had used Motorola/Arriss modems, and now charter is requiring 3.1 modems to get 400+ packages and they do not note this on their site. They say you can still use a 3.0 modem, but then refuse to activate it. And the only in stock arris isnt approved in any market on charter. THis modem boots and connects pretty fast. I can see the 32x channels and 8 up where I am at. The pages are a bit snappier with latency, although I used to get 402-425 and now I get 380 ish. The modem say I have good signal, so not sure where that reduction of speed is.

Works great, easy set up. Sleek slim design allows for it to be easily tucked into a corner. Connects to router easily.

Great modem. Connected to my Cox service with no trouble. Works great with my gigablast service. I have always been happy with netgear equipment. Very reliable.

Modem is fast an can handle lots of connections. I usually have six video steams going at same time plus several phones an laptops no problems.

Works well and fast. The extra LAN connects on the back are not extra router connections. They are used for multiple bandwidth inputs.

The Netgear nighthawks CM 1200 is very easy to set up and I have spectrum so far I had it for a month with no issue I would recommended
