Fast!!! Our provider is spectrum.... easy to install!! And a great upgrade from the issues one from them!

Boosted my signal a lot throughout the entire house and made our speeds a lot faster than what it was before.

This thing is fast and easy to setup. I’m now able to get all the speed I’ve been paying for... over 500 download/20 upload.

This is a lot better than my previous one. My previous one was a modem/router combo. While having a 2-in-1 is a space saver, I didn't like it that much. The router part of the device kept working, but the modem part started to malfunction. Now I purchase both router and modem separately. It'll be cheaper in the long run if I need to replace either of them.

I wonder why anyone would use their stock modem. Even connected through a eero, this boosted a 400gb spectrum wifi plan from 350gb to near 600gb download speeds.

Had an Arris G36 surfboard and due to Comcast's recent security changes it had issues staying connected. I opted for this and it is nothing short of amazing. If you have Xfinity Gigabit service you need this modem cupled with their Nighthawk Router.

Replace an older Netgear router that was on the fritz. I have a 1Gbps plan with Astound out of the Chicago area, and this modem pulls that without a problem. The only downside is that the extra Ethernet ports intended for 2.5Gbps will continue to go unused, so this router might be overkill in comparison to other DOCSIS 3.1 routers.

Upgraded my internet and needed a new modem to keep up. It works great. Easy set up, highly recommend.

This was a bit more expensive than other cable modems in stock, but I think it was worth it. It is easy to connect to and easily accommodates wired and wireless connections. The display lights work and it has a power switch. That feels better than unplugging and risking an arc. It also plugged into the slowest and fastest speed packages from Xfinity

Download speeds have increased greatly! I'm a big gamer and this router has been a major upgrade

Easy to connect (to my Grande Communication) and between this and my Wifi-6 my 1G service is always in the 900's.

I removed the crappy cheap router provided by Spectrum to solve some issues with disconnecting from the internet 4-5 X @ day. This router has met all of my expectations where it has not dropped off of my internet connection even once for the week I have owned it. I have also watched several Netflix / Amazon Prime movies without seeing the buffering wheel spinning. (Not even once) where before it was sometimes an every 10 minute occurrence.

Great modem. Works and has no issues. This modem has 38 channels so it can handle 2 gigablast connections from cox.

I highly recommend this modem. I was having issues with Comcast after they "did some work in the area" and then my internet wouldn't work at all or was intermittent. After 2 days, they finally told me that I needed to replace my modem or rent theirs. I installed this modem the next day and my issues were resolved. I was finally getting the speeds that I was paying for. The interface is much better than my previous modems.
