Fast works great with my Orbi mesh system. Providing strong signal throughout 5400 sq ft

Awesome product easy to set up and worked better than expected.

Working exceptionally well..did not require any additional adjustments.

Beats my ISP modem out of the water. Faster speeds easier recovery time. There were a few hiccups but the tech support was able to help me configure it to my mesh system. It took longer than ide like but besides that, a solid product.

Would suggest this to anyone needing a new modem.. easy to install and able to handle fast speeds

Took several tries and numerous calls to tech support to get it up and running. Had problems recognizing the Spectrum cable hardware necessary for it to contact the Internet. The case is misleading, there are 4 Cat5/6 cable plugins on the back, BUT, only the top 1 works. I can not figure this one out, why have the 3 other plugin?? It would be nice to have multiple plug ins for multiple eithernet/wifi routers. Now that would be cool.

Blazing fast! Worked right out of the box. Much better than renting from the cable company.

No signal drops and very fast speed. It is a business router but I love it for my home.

Internet provider will no longer be supporting my old DOCSIS 3.0 modem-- upgraded to this Nighthawk DOCSIS 3.1 - wow ... this modem smoked my old modem -highly recommended.

Awesome modem. Using it for Spectrum internet service. Initially tried to registered it thru the automatic modem registration but told me it was not compatible. Decided to call and they where able to register it right way. Took less then 5 minutes. I have internet ultra and it is rated for 400 down 20 up. Was getting about 350 to 400 down using original Spectrum modem. After the upgrade im getting 470 down and 25 up.

This is a very fast modem without wifi which is what we wanted. Just be aware that each port provides a separate ethernet range but will not be a router for the products attached. You can setup up four separate networks because of this via the four ports but need a router if there is more than one item connected to each port or you need them to see each other.

Finally needed to upgrade. So far it's still working. It is very tall though. Towers over my router.

Excellent product, tech support when setting up was superb!!! I am a hammer swinging contractor and he was a genius from India with great patience with me. He even called me back the following day to be sure everything was working as it should. Thankfully it was and still is!

I bought this after suffering random disconnects from the internet over two years, then stumbling across a "thing" of which I'd been totally unaware, namely a fatal defect in many Arris (and other) cable modems' "Intel Puma6" firmware that caused exactly this issue. I'm future-proofed with available link-aggregation, and it's a snap to set up. I've not been bounded of the 'net once since installing it.
