I bought this but made the mistake on my end of not paying attention when I was in a hurry to get in and out of the store. Ihave had this previously and loved it but where we live now, our area has mostly DSL still and unfortunately it's really hard to find modems in stores so I had to return this.

Allowed me to take advantage of my Gigabit service in my home. So far has been reliable and fast.

Works flawlessly with optimum once set up. They wouldn't set it up via phone support saying that it's not compatible. Got it to work using self install. This is a really good and stable modem till the time carrier aggregation is not activated. That messes the modem up. Speeds fall to 20-40 Mbps every 24 hrs. Deactivated that and it was normal again. Do not buy this for aggregation. Other than that a solid choice.

Easy to hook up. Fast speed and service. Nice design.

Amazing speeds. This is the only reason I’m somewhat satisfied with Spectrum. This router has unlocked exponentially faster speeds than the basic rental equipment. Don’t be discouraged if it shows as unsupported when you try the self service activation portal. I had to call them to activate it which took a while, but it’s 100% worth that small inconvenience.

This would be a 5 star review. IF this wasn't the second " works with Xfinity " router I've purchased from netgear that is supposed to be able to set up easily and in a few minutes. Xfinity's system never recognizes the Mac number and you have to call Xfinity tech line .. then ....wait to get forwarded to Pakistan to find someone smart enough to add it manually to your Xfinity account. This isn't a one off. I had to call 3 times. If this is the type of " compatibly " you're looking for. You found it ! Granted. Most of the problem is Comcast and their network. But this is a far cry from " set up in Minutes " This router performs beautifully. Everything about it is top shelf. Except the set up , that stinks on ice.

I have had this cable modem since 4/21, so this review is based on long time usage. I work from home, at least 10 hours daily, so uptime and connectivity reliability are very important to me. This cable modem works fairly consistently and I am getting the upload/downloads speeds that I purchased from my cable provider.

A very nice unit was an easy install and works great with the rest of our setup.

What's not to like. It works flawlessly. Only 1 output, which is what I wanted, because I purchased a powerful wifi router. So the modem stays open, but my Router is a Firewall to my LAN, with software firewalls on all my computers which are of course password protected.

This router is pretty good. It's super fast and gets and job done.

Strong, but misleading. This modem really only has one usable port dispite having four. It took a day off searching forums to discover that. The instructions are not straightforward for everyday people. The others are for more complicated serious daisy chaining multiple Nighthawks. A switch is needed or direct connection to a WiFi router to connect multiple devices to the internet.

Works very well. No issues. Easy set-up, even with Comcast internet service

Works as designed, yet to try the 4 ports for my 4 different IP connections... Internet provider is having hard time to speed up connection, and they are working on it still. (Spectrum is my provider) but it does connect up. Waiting for the 4 gig service, so the 4 ports can split it to 1 gig each :-) Buying for the future, updating to doxis 3.1 from 3.0

Very easy to set up! Speed is excellent! I would recommend it to a friend.
