Have a 1 Gig plan and this modem had no issues giving me 900+mbps hardwired. On contacting my service provider they told that the benchmark was 800 mbps so 900 is good else I should get their modem. I had no issues with this modem.

This is a great modem. Problem is that most ISP are not ready to offer multiple line IN for service. Dont get confused with network ports in the back. You can only use one of them.

This product was recommended by my CIO and it has performed as described. Efficient setup process once I was able to get COX to finalize the connection they indicated said they did in the store. COX was the problem, not NETGEAR.

Excellent modem! I bought this to replace an older Nether and I’m glad I did. This modem has given me zero issues!

The modem perform well with Xfinity blast plus internet connection. Though three out of four Ethernet ports not in use for home user or single line internet subscriber. Overall, getting avarage 400mbps on router input. Happy with the purchase.

Would not automatically connect with Xfinity. Automated Xfinity workarounds did not work. Frustration set in but determination took over and a human support contact was finally reached and just like that (snap) it connected and has worked great since then.

Needed a new modem afrer returning spectrum theirs. This worked better and did not have any issues with random disconnects while working.

Works great with Xfinity internet, so far no issues and easy to setup and cinfigure my own password.

Purchased product but did not install at the recommendation of Geek Squad advisor. Given the network issues we were having he suggested keeping our current modem and consider installing an EERO mesh system instead which has worked better than expected.

Working fine as fast as advertise. but it would be great if i could connect two ethnernet port from modem instead of connect to router and then from router to my pc.

old cm docsis 3.0 fried in February after 7 years. Bought this, went gig blast on cox. Fast speeds. Then I upgraded my mesh/orbi a month later. Great speeds and coverage.

I have used netgear routers for years and loved them. I was having issues with my Aris modem (not sure if it was Comcast or the modem) but elected to try this modem and upon install my problems went away. It has been months now and no issues with my 1 Gig service.

This is an amazing device. It is very easy to use. It looks great. It is made of quality materials and should last for a very long time. I would recommend this product to anyone. It’s a great gift option for anyone that needs faster internet speed

My internet provider increased my speed and my old modem wasn’t able to process the higher speed. This was one of the recommended models and it has worked perfectly. It was one of only 2 left in the store. Took less than an hour to switch out and reactivate internet service.

hello, Seems like a great product, but i did not buy it. Read specs about it after the wife bought it , and brought it home. We had our modem die, heard a pop in the DLS modem unit and off went the internet. She bought this on her own, thinking this was to solve the issue, but we have DSL and not cable connection. Best buy took the return back, and she said they were very nice and helpful, but did not carry / or sell sell DSL modems. She did not ask for assistance, for she was in a very hurry. If you dont know about something, just ask one of their staff, the will answer your questions and inform you. I am not a teckie, and, dont go there that often, but when I have been in the store, they have answered my questions. if we moved into current decade, seems this cable modem would be a way to go. got to have the service first to support it.

I purchased this modem on 01/09/24 to go with my Netgear 850 router. After using it for 30 days, I am well satisfied.

Spilled water on my old one and needed a quick replacement. I get speeds slightly above what I pay for with spectrum.

Easy setup on my Xfinity system. I thought I might use the extra LAN ports, but haven’t needed them yet.

Prior to my purchase, I had frequent WiFi outages which I fixed by unplugging the old modem for 15 seconds. I have had NONE since I bought the Nighthawk modem.

I’m very impressed with the speeds I’m getting off this modem. I paired it with the eero mesh wireless routers and all my WiFi devices download Apps almost instantly. My PlayStation downloads take less than half the time as they were averaging before. Definitely a must buy!
