Absolutely one of the best items I ever purchased. I finally got smart and stop renting my modem from the cable company. I bought the Nighthawk and I was so upset I didn't know about this earlier. My internet is so fast . Buy this item right now..

No lags or ping spikes after installing. Definitely recommend if you play a competitive game and get sick of lags in fame (intermittent)

We were first using an issued product from the internet company. We were suggested this product was way better by the Best Buy employee and boyyyyyy internet has not lagged! I should’ve bought along time ago!

Great product, works great for all my needs, fast shipping

Been going strong sine I bought it July off last year. Still gives me the max speed that XFINITY offers in my area. I wish you could run multiple Ethernet connections off of it. If you can, I haven’t figured out how.

Excellent value and FAST. I've never had a problem with a Netgear modem - and they are my GoTo device with helping friends and neighbors! Don't rent from the cable company - buy your own and feel the difference!

Good modem, very quick. For some reason I had to return due to WOW internet not working as intended with this modem, but when it did work it was very quick and did support the 1gig Download when WOW wasn’t having issues.

I have 20+ devices connected at any given time. Coupled with mesh routers, you can’t go wrong with this modem. Works with spectrum, seamlessly!!! 4 stars on ease of use only because I’m not a tech guru! But I was able to set it up on my own.

Bought this unit to replace a Surfboard Docsis 3.1 modem on a 1gig connection that was periodically dropping after a few years of service. Bottom line: After extensive troubleshooting with cable company engineers, retermination of ALL neighborhood connections and testing using additional equipment it seems that when this unit drops the cable connection (for whatever reason), it requires a power reset to reestablish connection. The Surfboard modem would occasionally drop but would reconnect without cycling power. (Thank you RCN for great service!) There are other reviews that list similar symptoms on other cable carriers..

Great modem, once I was able to have the provider disconnect the old modem from account. It also took a little support to connect to router to provide uninterrupted service. Previous modem and router combination kept dropping the signal .

Great modem for Comcast Xfinity. Xfinity app reads status and can instigate a reboot if there are issues. Upgrading to gigabit capability for future proofing. Surprisingly bigger form factor than my previous CM700.

Netgear modems are always well worth the money. This one has blazing fast speeds and I believe is the best on the market right now. (Not to mention that you save on the rental fee from your cable provider.)

I paired this with the AC2300 and it works perfectly for having about 10-12 devices on the network at a time doing various things. The combo is fast and reliables enough to run Warzone and any other online game well.

This modem really boosts my internet speed. My old modem couldn’t even handle the Twitch streams, even at low resolution. I get clear, uninterrupted streaming and my games have never loaded so quickly.

This modem has increased my download and upload speeds. I don’t have lightning fast internet but this modem has certainly increased my speeds. Setting it up was a breeze.

Runs beautifully. Has great options for management. However the reason I replaced my last router (arris surfboard) was due to it crapping out after a year. Hopefully this one does not have the same issue!

A lil trouble with the Setup. But after a few calls to the cable company and some trouble shooting.. it got up and running with no further issues. Runs strong and quick. Gat the online coupon for a price match cause it’s on the pricier side..

I was having trouble with the supplied XFinity cable modem. After three of their modems, each one with issues I picked up this Netgear Nighthawk Cable Modem. The Netgear was easier to install than XFinity supplied modem and was much faster.

I didn't want to rent a Comcast router/modem and they didn't even offer a modem for free. This modem should pay for itself in about a year or so. Hooked it up and getting 10Mbps more than the plan I pay for so it seems to be working excellent.
