I really like this cable modem. I bought it because I upgraded to 1Gbps broadband. It was easy to set up and I’ve always been a fan of Netgear. A little expensive but I’ve found Netgear quality is worth it.

go this to get rid of the one i got from spectrum and its pretty solid, it can be a bit faster but i cant complain, i spend the majority of the time playing games and watching movies, i dont do much

No real issues and no drops in service like when i used the modem and router provided by spectrum

My previous Motorola modem died after a storm. I picked this one up and got it setup with my ISP. Everything is working great so far and pairs well with my Netgear router.

After continual buffering and rebooting, I upgraded my Arrias modem to this Netgear and have not had to reboot my modem since. My speed has tripled and No More Buffering!

Works very good and has really high performance had a little proms in the beginning just had to unplug it from the main source plug it back in maybe 2×3 times after that it’s working perfect will buy again

replaced an arris that was purchased not even a year ago which already has been shutting down by itself a lot of times. So I instead switched to netgear. So far no downtime.

Great for getting internet! We hadn't had in home Wi-Fi, as we only were home 6 months of the year. Now since we have retired, we are home more and now enjoy the benefits of Wi Fi.

This replaced a 1-yr old Arris SB6190... download speeds went from about 10MBPS to over 100. Very happy with this purchase, worth the price if you want fast download speeds. I have this paired with a Nighthawk router.

Finally had to upgrade from our previous Motorola DOCSIS 3.0 modem. I wish we had done it earlier, this one is so much faster and more or less future proof. Was a drop-in recommended replacement on the Cox network.

The device works as it is listed. I would recommend getting on sale so it doesn't cost much. Renting equipment is optional, but if you intend to use it long time consider buying this.

This router was perfect due to not having to rent fro cox cable anymore. I should have purchased 5 years ago, would have save the cost of 2.

Super fast set up. I was told that my cable company usually takes 30 minutes to activate a modem. This one was activated and ready in 5 minutes. I can already see a stronger and faster result.

Works great with Cox giga-blast internet service. I recently upgrade to the faster service and therefore either had to use their modem or get my own. for the money I would recommend this one over renting as a plus

This modem worked well, but I bought it for the 4 ethernet ports, thinking I could use them to connect wired devices. I found out it doesn't work way that so I returned it and bought a CM1100 model instead.
