This modem I purchased because I am still teleworking and my last one went out. It works great the only reason I did not give it five stars is because it does go offline sometimes.

This works great! No issues so far, this is must-need item for Cox gigablast wifi speeds that’s why we upgraded, my only complaint is that there isn’t a wifi and router combo like the lower speed ones.

This modem Rocks! Pairs up nicely with my Nighthawk Router; super strong wifi throughout the house and easily handles any internet speed Cox can send - can't wait to test the Multi-gig speed.

Changing from a 3.0 to 3.1 modem increased our speed significantly. For the money, I think this is great if you have google mesh or other meshing wifi products.

I use Wi-Fi throughout the house and I'll we have six TVs computers telephones the router and the monitor is absolutely great and what I paid for it I was paying that in a year with my service.

Paired this modem with a Nighthawk router and seen speeds higher by 100 mbps down (700) than what I'm paying for 600 mbps down. No more lag in games online. Worth the money. Netgear very good company.

bought this because I was using other products which not good as described. But this one is good for use and easy to install. good products. tested it works well.

Netgear products seem to always do me justice. Needed to upgrade and it did the job and my internet improved significantly!

I bought this cable modem to replace my Orbi router/modem combo and this works great. I bought the Orbi mesh system to use with this cable modem and it works great. I have not had any network drop issues.

I wanted to upgrade my modem for comcast cable. this one was suggested by BestBuy advisors. I am glad i picked this one up. No issues. I don't even have to restart from time to time to release the cache build-ups.

I love my new modem I don’t have to constantly reset it like my old one. Finally something that works great with spectrum in Apple Valley. (Spectrum sucks)

This modem is compatible with Suddenstinks and supports 1 gig Internet. Now if only the ISP could reliably deliver it. Best they have sent so far is a little over 300 MB as checked at speedtest org.

we ended up returning this because we didn’t need a router and a modem. We have fiber optic which acts as the modem. However, in the short time we had this it was great.

Works great not a wireless modem so you need orbi or some wireless device

Easy setup and lighting fast. Got it to replace an Aris Surfboard that was needing to be reset every couple of weeks.

It does what its suppose to do. Cant go wrong with netgear.

Easy setup, actually the cable technician I worked with when setting it up was impressed with how quickly it communicated with them he said he would get one himself. It’s working great..

It's only been in use for 2 days, so too early to assess reliability. But so far, meets our needs, was easy to set up with our service provider (Xfinity Comcast) and works with our EERO set up.
