Highly recommend this product works really great with eero 6e pro

Solid modem. Seems to be very reliable and working great. Keep in mind that this is only a modem, not a router. Even though it has multiple ports.

Great coverage and strength. Little hard to iniatlly set up but that was the app just giving me a hard time.

Great modem so far! Have been running it 24/7 for about 2 weeks now. does not feel hot to the touch at all unlike the other surfboard modems. hits the speeds on my plan with xfinity.

Works with Mediacom if you're wondering but you will have to contact them as the automated setup failed. It's faster than their modem of course but nothing significant. Overpriced IMHO.

Spending a little extra on a cable modem was well worth it. I've noticed better performance on the networked devices around my house.

It needs more than 1 WAN port, rather than having to connect a separate router to this. Good price and fine for the features.

Easy to set up, worked perfectly once it was! I had no problems getting it to work, especially with the Netgear Orbi system we were trying to use with it.

Purchased to replace standard modem provided by Xfinity.I didn’t like the idea of monthly leasing fee when I could purchase a better/faster unit. Install and setup was seamless, was up and running in minutes.

This modem is a perfect example of future proof. Not only does it work for the current levels of Cox Gigablast speeds (930 mbps) but it can handle even more bandwidth if it opens up in the future.

This is a great unit if you've upgraded your internet service. A gigabit capable modem, this easily services the needs of a medium to large home, provided your ISP service is upgraded.

Unfortunately had to return as not supported By Cox Cable Business Internet. They do support on their residential accounts and I have one at home and has always performed flawlessly.

Good product for high-speed internet. The only drawback it's not a modem router. So the overall cost is a bit high.
