    Nice Modem. Does its job extremely well. But you cant fix Suddenlink internet, it is garbage.

    Works great! I had the same thing from 3 years ago with 3.0 but of course now Xfinity does not support 3.0! :(

    It has 4 ethernet ports on the back, but 3 are useless. I bought this due to it having 4 ports on the back. Could not hook up unless I only plugged into port 1 with nothing on the other ports. Called Tech support and was informed that this IS ONLY a CABLE MODEM, not a router. I tried to then get it to link with my TP LINK router, but was unsuccessful. I spent 2 days in all trying to make it work. I would work with all 3 of my desktops, but only with one at a time. I returned the cable modem.
