Very helpful to start as a wifi 6 mesh network! Highly recommend.

This thing died on me in less than a year with nothing being able to connect and their support was lackluster unfortunately. I wish I could just return it. Within the time I was using it, internet dropped so many times, slow speeds. Just awful. I blamed Cox for so long too, with countless chats and phone support from them... but it ended up being this :( Sorry Cox! Oddly enough, I replaced it with the Nighthawk 32 x 8 DOCSIS 3.1 Cable Modem and everything seems to be much better. No drops since, speeds are what I was suppose to get and paying for. Just unfortunate I guess.

Still required an ethernet multi- switch despite having 4 ethernet "outs" on the back. The Spectrum technician could not get more than 1 line out to be active at the same time and it wouldn't support my Eero Mesh wifi system without it.

Bought to go with our Nighthawk Router and they work well. Have a larger house and coverage seems good.

This is NOT very user friendly and you have to be near computer coder level to really understand it. I was on the phone with help desk for 2 days trying to figure it why it said I had internet and the router said it was broadcasting but the speed was slower than dial up. Apparently you can’t plug ANYTHING into the modem n you use a router! Cmon Night hawk do better

Didn’t need device as son installed an Ethernet card in computer an we hardwired it took household router.

It's great doesn't take up a lot of space. I work from home so this was perfect for me.

Not so great, bought to replace my cox rental and disappointed by its performance. Tech support was not much help either. I kept it anyway cause it was in par with my rental and I have a nighthawk router but I would not suggest it to a friend.

Just about everyday I am forced to power this modem off and then on again to get it to get fast response from Spectrum internet. When my internet responses becomes extremely slow, I power this modem off and then on and that fixes the problem everytime. I dump this modem and go back to my older cm500 which never had this problem. The whole purpose of me upgrading to the cm1200 modem was it was advertised as being faster and more reliable. That has not been my experience so far.

Slimmer design and works well. I like netfear modems.

Netgears nighthawk is the only way to go if you need a in home wifi solution for multiple devices at once

Returned item as my internet provider didn’t support this version . Didn’t get to use it !

Works well distance not as good as I was looking for but does it’s job

Works cool and has ethernet cable which didn’t needed to use also includes the adapter.

Wasn't exactly what I was looking for. It isn't a router but a pure passthrough device.

One year and 10 days later, this modem giving me problems with Cox Gigablast. Anyone buying the modem make sure you get the extra warranty and save yourself money and having to buy another modem after 1 year and 10 days of use. When it did work it was awesome. But get the warranty
