    Took a little getting this set up but the probably was Xfinity, not the modem.

    Steadily drops connection and only one usable port. Keep lookin. Base/stand is junk. Extremely wobbly and doesn't sit even.

    For the most part it worked good with some latency issues. The last 3 months it kept dropping and the last 2 weeks it wouldn't work for a day and then its fine but today it quit working all together. Tried resetting, using an old modem to see if it was the router, all the things etc. For the price I would absolutely not recommend.

    This model was certified to work with Comcast/Xfinity. Later it was updated on Netgear's website that it's only certified up to 800 Mbps. This will not work with gigabit+ Internet plans on Xfinity.
