    Another garbage modem, this one worked for 2 months then died, switching to Arris, maybe I’ll have better luck

    I bought it because it was a Cox suggested modem, unfortunately it didn't work. I got with another suggestion from Cox

    Less than a year it is not working, I end up buying a new one, it is very sad because prior review ppl said it did work 3 yrs.

    To hard to make work. Had to call and nobody helped. Not easy to make it work. Customer service was terrible. They were yo hard to understand. Was to hard to set up to the WiFi.

    Plugged in, dropped service after a half an hour would have to restart multiple times ended up taking back and buying SB8200

    easy to install, a simple replacement of an older nighthawk; works exactly as promoted and as expected; supports super fast speed & complete compatibility with xfinity service; have been extremely happy with the modem since the installation about a month ago.
