Why so difficult?

I was on the phone with help desk for 2 days trying to figure it why it said I had internet and the router said it was broadcasting but the speed was slower than dial up. Apparently you can’t plug ANYTHING into the modem n you use a router! Cmon Night hawk do better

Great product

Not as great as expected

Tech support was not much help either. I kept it anyway cause it was in par with my rental and I have a nighthawk router but I would not suggest it to a friend.

Buy the 4 year warranty! Problems started after 1y

Anyone buying the modem make sure you get the extra warranty and save yourself money and having to buy another modem after 1 year and 10 days of use. When it did work it was awesome. But get the warranty
