    Performance is excellent. I did have difficulty with setup and had to phone the cable company twice to complete. I expected auto connect and that did not happen. But once set up it works great.

    I upgraded from a CM1000, and I'm using Gigabit service from Spectrum. Utilizing the 2.5GB port on the CM3000 I'm getting all of the 1GB the over-provisioning data I was losing with the previous modem. When Spectrum adds 2GB service in the future I'll be ready. Easy install.

    Got this upgraded modem after the original got fried from the heat wave. I trust this brand and I trust the quality of the product. I work from home so I need the very best and Netgear is the cream of the crop. Worth the investment and work from home buddy.

    Installation was a breeze, and we gained massive speed increase from our older modem. You might have to register it with your Internet provider, don't forget that step.
