Wireline works well. Easy step. Wifi range not that good.

Our Apple Time Machine sat in a downstairs corner of the house on my desk. Couldn't get Wifi to the other upstairs side of the house. This product solved the problem.

Have not had good luck with Netgear in past & hoping for better results. Setup was a pain, was told would be compatible with my home network. Called customer support, did not speak good English, even supervisor instead of truly trouble shooting issue, tried to sell me a "solution". No help, thus did best to get info on Internet & researched myself, finally got unit to work for the most part. Occasionally stops working & sluggish. Avoid purchasing this unless you have the patience of Job!

Great product, works like it says, I have had no problem and I live in a rural area with no choice in services. I even get wifi outside. Won't be disappointed.

Easy to install and configure. These work better than the typical wifi extenders. They interfere with my main modem's wifi signal which causes me to have to re-initialize it once every couple of weeks or so.

Our router is upstairs and both TV's located upstairs stream without any problems. Our main television is downstairs and we were unable to stream Netflix very well--it was slow and kept reloading. We could not watch Netflix downstairs. This is why we purchased the Netgear Powerline 500.to improve the wireless connection downstairs. We had Geek Squad install and sync the Netgear Powerline. I was told that it would improve my internet connection as well. Netflix streams a tad faster; however, we still cannot watch Netflix downstairs My laptop computer is right next to the Netgear Powerline and there has been very little difference in the speed of my computer or how fast it downloads or uploads.

This was very easy to install.. Used it to provide an Ethernet connection to my smart TV and provide a stronger WIFI signal in the basement of our home. Video screaming was greatly improved and worked very well after this installation. Problems occurred with the AC circuit breakers being tripped. These are the new GFCI circuit breakers in the AC service entrance, home built in 2012. The breakers tripped once or twice per day after the devices were installed, after removing the devices the breakers never tripped. I intend try these at another location with different AC breakers.

The device works very good. It was a little bit of a challenge setting it up. The buttons are small and hard to see. Depending on the room it's installed in the home will determine network speed from point to point. Overall it works just fine.

My WIFI router is in an upstairs bedroom while the bluray player is in the downstairs family room. The WIFI signal was very week and it was not possible to stream Netflix. This device uses the existing electrical system in your house to create a new network. The existing router plugs into one of the boxes. This box plugs into a normal wall electrical socket. The other box plugs into another electrical socket somewhere else in your home. There's some setup steps to do and that's it. The whole process took about 20 minutes and now my dead spot is gone. This even has a wired connection from the second box so now my bluray thinks its hard wired into the network. Streaming is now possible.

Easy to set up and use; however, I am still not getting as high of bandwidth as I need to be able to download content for OnDemand. It is definitely stronger than the Wi-Fi signal in that room of the house, but not dramatically better.

Perfect solution for wi-fi dead spots. You just plug it into the wall and it transmits your wireless signal through your home's electrical outlets.

This is a much better solution that using "Range Extenders" took less than 10 minutes and we were up and running so much better than before.

I would definitely recommend this to everyone i know,because it's such a great product. Will be purchasing some more for my friends and family.

I can control everything from my phone now and it has fast speed! I have bought 2 and they saved me a lot of money in wiring my house.
