Purchased this product verses using a Ethernet cable, works great.

Product was recommended by Geek Squad tech. The previous router was too weak to handle the load we were using it for. The tech suggested this model as it was capable of streaming through house walls. He appears to have been correct. Our problem has been solved!

I think this priduct will work well for anyone. It was great.

It's fast was able to pick up great signal. Used for ps4 where I couldn't connect to wifi

I was struggling with Ethernet cabling and outlets. This proved to be the perfect solution.

I purchased the powerline adapter because I live in an older two story brick house. I recently upgraded my router. I also needed a signal boost for the far upstairs rooms. I decided that the hassle of trying to run CAT5E cable was not worth the effort at this time. I am very satisfied with the powerline adapter purchase. It took all of five minutes to unbox and install it. Within a few more minutes, I had my old router configured to be a range extender for my wireless network. Needless to say, my daughter is happy that she has a strong network signal. Now if I can just keep the wife happy! Guess you can't have everything. ;-)

Allowed me to move my computer to another room in my house with only an electrical outlet! Simple to set up. ... took 5 minutes, works perfectly!! Solved my problem of having only one phone line in my house, which wasn't in the room I wanted my computer in. PERFECT Solution!!

Bought this unit to set up a sling box using satellite t.v.

I had a dead zone in my house and this fixed that when I hooked another router to it

Plugged the items in and it worked right off the bat!

I bought this to replace the wildly inconsistent wireless signals in my house that made media streaming difficult during certain times of the day. The advertised speed is not correct since the port has a 10/100 port on it. However, I have had really good, consistent signal through it- enough to run streaming media etc. My only complaint is that both ends only function plugged directly into the wall and cannot be protected by being plugged into a surge protector. Hopefully that does not cause future issues. So far though, very happy with the product- solved a lot of issues for me with a simple solution.

This helped a bit, but overall we are not that pleased. The computer downstairs is now able to get a signal, but the ipad used upstairs doesn't get a good signal, which it did before installing the extender.

Only issue is make sure they are plugged into the wall not a surge protector.

I was disgruntled for over a year at my inability to extend my wifi coverage to all areas of my home. I was skeptical of the capability of this product but after easy peasy installation all my irritations went away. I am finally happy with my wifi capability.
