A: You would need to purchase a mobile hot spot with a data plan from your mobile phone provider, or purchase a tablet with that ability built in. You cannot "connect wifi" when there is no existing service. Let her play on the iPad without the internet. She will survive. Better yet--put the iPad away, and talk to grandma. We used to do those sort of things. ;-)
