I purchased several of these to extend my Wi-Fi signal for my Ring security cameras. One of them is approximately 150’ behind my house on the gable of my shop. Being it works through the house electrical wiring, it can reach that far and it works great! In fact, all of my cameras work great because of these Powerline extenders.

I have multiple locations in my house with poor wifi reception. The biggest culprit is an originally-exterior brick wall that was covered over when the house was enlarged. I got two of these, placing one at each extreme with the router in the middle. Did the job perfectly with virtually no effort. I'm a fan!

Easy to set up, pretty much plug and play. Hook them up and hit the sink button and you have internet running the your power wires in your home

The signal is so strong it is bacically like you are in the same room as your router! I have had mine for three months and so far it has been a lifesaver. Also, I thought it might make my electric bill go up since it uses the outlet line as an extension, but it uses up power equivalent to a clock so not that much at all.

I have an area in my house where the wifi doesnt really reach and I tried a signal booster and it didnt really help. Got this connected and now I have great signal in that part of the house and another ethernet drop as well. You will be all setup in under 15 minutes.

I bought this to improve my wifi downstairs in my living room. I was having problems streaming movies or just connecting to the internet. Netgear's power line provided an access point downstairs and it solved my problem perfectly

This device was recommended by the Tech at the store after advising him what I needed to accomplish. Easy to set-up and once it got working on a regular basis, it really helped with our reception signal issue.

Picked this product up to run my sons XBox using the home wiring and have had minimal speed loss. Honestly you can't really tell it's not truly hardwired into the main router. Also love the fact that this has a true wifi extender so not only do we use ethernet for the xbox we also have wifi in all areas of our home now.

Can be a little finicky. Takes some testing and trying to find the right circuit that will keep a steady connection. Once you get that right then it runs pretty well.

We bought this because my son stays in the basement and he is in collage on line. He says the zoom lags in between sessions and he missed important parts of the teacher. Well when we got this new device it never happen again! My son is happy . Well worth it!

Simple set up. My new wireless router is in the basement and my home office is on the 2nd floor. Spectrum router was dropping connections, new router was no better. Got this, simple setup and for me was good as a wired connection. Probably could have foregone the new router but will be adding a few firesticks in the house.

Used in an older, larger house with some older wiring, this kit has been working great. This little unit serves WiFi to the front of the house, while the router is towards the back. Installation was pretty easy after you read the directions to find out what the lights mean.

Great gadget to help your wifi connection. My router was upstairs and the connection downstairs was terrible. I stream a lot of movies and had major issues trying to watch a movie. Once I connected the power line wifi the streaming problems stopped. It was very easy to set up just plug it into an outlet and plug it into my directv box.

These have by far surpassed my expectations. I am fortunate to have power to my shed about 60 foot from my home. It was important that I had Wi-Fi available where my indoor Wi-Fi router could not reach. I wasn’t certain that these would work for my purpose. Not only have they worked… they have far exceeded my expectations!

We live in 3 story townhouse. Our router is located in the basement and my son could never get a good wi-fi signals in his bedroom on the 2nd floor. I purchased the NETGEAR - Powerline AC1000 and it solved his problem. He now gets great wi-fi in his room and our entire upper floor also gets a better wi-fi signal!

I used another powerline adapter for my home office before (not a netgear) and i was getting 6-12mbps with constant disconnects. plugged in the netgear and saw an immediate improvement to 35-40mbps with no interruptions. the second wifi network for upstairs works beautifully when the wife and child start watching shows on netflix

Bought for a cheap solution to have a wired connection. I run it to a ethernet switch and it gives all my devices a consistent strong signal.

I work from home and my office is across the house from the router. I’m on Zoom meetings all day and I kept losing connection. Hasn’t happened once since I got this.
