Great product. But I think there is a side effect of heating up your electric wiring in the walls. After installing this product my electric breakers would occasionally pop off when it never did so before using this product. Therefore 4 of 5 stars. Need to confirm with other users if this happens for them as well.

Works perfectly out of the box. Easy setup and good range.I plugged this into my work shop that is a separate building about 50 feet away from the house and it is working very well

Purchased this with the intention of extending my network across a space where I did not want to run a cable. Connected everything as recommended and the results were perfect!

If you need to add wifi or connected internet to a room without an outlet you should consider this for sure! Works great for me!

This was perfect for my smart tv to become online. My router is pretty far from my computer, so this allowed it to connect. It was also easy to install.

I bought this and first ran into issues because I had another powerline connection set up because of something ADT installed for my security system. Once I figured that out I unplugged the source for the TP link and got the netgear one working but still had issues. When plugged into the same room it worked great with good speeds on the wireless. Once I plugged in the TP link receiver it too worked but somehow my "pick-a-plug" light went from green to red. I then left the TP link receiver unplugged and went around the house testing outlets. All of them except for two that were close to the where the unit was plugged in at would come up red. The other issue seemed to revolve around the wiring in my house. I could get the signal in other rooms but could only get a red light on the "pick-a-plug" which resulted in very low download speeds over wireless which defeated the purpose of buying it. I did return it to the store but it was more because of my wiring than the product itself.

It is a good alternative when the electrical wire isn't modified to transmit the modems signal to the desired location on the house. I have 200 Mbs but it only transmits 35 up to 40 Mbs of download and up t 25 Mbs of upload. it's enough to TV streaming Disney plus on 4K, Netflix 4K, and gaming. but I was expecting to transmit more Mbs.

This product is awesome! I used to have an issue with not getting wifi signal on certain areas of the house, but now, I have full access to wifi signal.

Our high rise condo is steel and concrete construction and on a curve so we always list reception at one end Tried other things but this worked Strong signal every where

I live in a old farmhouse so getting wifi through stone walls is non existent until I bought this! Amazing product, wish it was cheaper or else I would of bought two

Works great to extend the wifi range in the house that otherwise had poor or weak reception.

This powerline network adapter is good solution for a small to medium sized home or business location where the two powerline adapters aren't too far from each other. If there is much distance between the two units, they stop communicating with each other over the electrical wires in the building. Also, distance between the two powerline adapters will decrease the network speed through the adapters.

Our router is upstairs so consequently the signal strength is a little iffy for our devices downstairs. This product was recommended to us by the person who helps us with our computer problems .I'm very happy with the results. There are still some issues with signal strength but I don't know whether that is a router issue or something with Net Gear and for that reason I did not give it five stars

I'm in the room that is just in range of the wifi. I had a current outlet extender but it barely raised the MBPS that I was receiving. With this, I went from 20MBPS to 80MBPS on my xbox and PS4 consoles (namely what I am using this for). I don't have lag or rubberbanding anymore thanks to this. This uses the electrical wiring in your house to transmit the wifi signal to the receiver. Since it is a hard wire connected from the router to the transmitter, the signal coming from the receiver is just as strong as the signal as if I were to stand beside the router.
