had problems with another model so i did an upgrade and this one is by far the best i have had. easy set up and got going right away. have had few problems since install (lost signal coupe times)

Plug in and use immediately. Works great and boosts signal.

Best thing to buy to get stronger signal in basement.

Works great to bring new signal to unreached wifi part of the house. We just have both networks on all mobile devices and the if our signal is lost the other network is joined. We occasionally have to find the network and log on, but it’s a minor inconvenience to achieve signal across the whole house.

I set this up to extend my wireless network and make use of my electric wiring for high speed wired connection. the actual speeds achieved are less than rated. also, signal strength is not as strong as I expected when i am nearby the extender even though it is stronger than my base wireless router at he same location. I initially had difficulty signing into the unit on my network and the documentation didn't give me clear enough instructions on how to do what i wanted to do. all in all, the device does what it says it does, but don't expect super speeds.

I bought this extender because my smart tv’s streaming quality was poor in my basement. It constantly buffered and dropped video quality. Once I Hooke this up to my tv, picture and streaming quality has been perfect

I don’t know if this is as good as the real thing, but the WiFi is now as strong in the front room, garage and front porch as the rest of the house with our modem in the back of the house.

This fixed my bad signal downstairs! Works greatly!

We added this to our network to more distance to reach our detached garage. Added it to an outlet on that side of the house and seems to be working just fine.

I don't usually write these reviews, but I so love this product, I'm going to the trouble. This is one of the few products that literally exceeds my expectations. It is perfect if you, like me, have good cellular data reception in one part of your house, and poor reception in another.

Does it work? Yes. Does it work well? No. If you live in a home that has wiring installed before about 1990, forget it, your throughput will be in the double digits at best. You'd be better buying a second WIFI router and using it in repeater mode.

At first, this appeared to not work at all. Then we discovered that our dish was bad. Since replacing that, we’ve had no issues so I guess it’s working fine

I experienced the internet dropping when I was watching Netflix or working on Gotomypc even with increasing my internet plan. The internet company could not help me with a resolution to this problem. Once I installed this product I have not had any issues with the internet connection. Would recommend this product.

Wireless signal in the back bedroom not strong enough to lock in reception so I purchased the power line adaptor. With the Ethernet cable and Fire tv adaptor, I was able to connect smoothly to the Hulu app. Occasional loss of signal but only for seconds and not frequent enough to notice.

It worked as intended and I got decent speeds in a bedroom I needed to use it in, but I did end up returning it for an orbi mesh setup

Didn’t work too well with my house’s wiring (New construction house) I tried multiple combinations of plug locations, even in the same room, and at best it would only put out about 1/3 of the speed my main router puts out. i always got a solid connection, just the speed was really cut down. I speculate that your house’s wiring has a strong influence on how this thing performs. Either way, there are better options out there these days than power line. Ultimately I returned this.

I bought this wi- fi extender for my Arlo camera that were outside and they weren't getting enough signal . With this extender helps but the signal its still not that strong.

Modem is upstairs computer is in the basement it was really the only option.
