Because my husband and I both were working from home, we needed something to make our WiFi signal stronger downstairs. Our router is upstairs. This did the trick! Awesome purchase!

Works good, took some time to hook up, directions not very detailed. Customer service was useless.

Does a decent job of increasing the signal. However the signal strength occasionally drifts.

I had my doubts! Did a little research, spoke with Best Buy associate, made the purchase with the assures it would work! It was easy to install and within minutes my "wifi" dead spots were eliminated.

We are very pleased with the looks of the device and its ability to extend the range of our router to the opposite end of the house. We set the router to use house wire and just plugged the Wi-Fi 1000 into an outlet and "voila!"

I had low expectations. This works great. Still not as good a wired connection, but it allowed me to easily add wireless to a section of my home that was without. Great product

It is not good if you are expecting to use it thinking that you will be having more than 60 or 40 Mbps. It doesnt matter if your Internet Speed is 1 GigaBit, it wont give you hardwire connected more than 40 or 60 Mbps. and also the connectibility in between each other is not as good constantly. But if is your ONLY choise; use it.

Worked as it should, good product for the price. My only complaint is that the one I got was full price but was opened already. Not happy but it still works fine.

Bought this for my granddaughter to watch Netflix , wasnt getting good signal at the back of the house

I've been struggling for years with getting WiFi into the further reaches of our home. I have used a Powerline Adapter for a long time and discovered that I could use the Powerline Adapter to send out the WiFi signal in that remote area. It has worked flawlessly and was a terrific purchase!!

This NETGEAR WiFi Powerline Access booster is not performing as expected. Its indicator lights show it synchronized with the transmitter plugged into the network modem, but my TV internet access is not improved at all!

this thing works ok it will transfer my internet over to my shop witch is about 100 feet away so its a good thing

I almost. Roughy this back to the store after ready the instructions. It showed to run a network cable to the unit but the sales guy said I didn't need to. So after hooking it up without the network wire. It worked

Great for when you need a wired connection and another access point like I did.

Purchased these to help my son with his connection issues upstairs. He was only getting between 3-8 MBPS on his PS4 (on a 75Mbps connection). He is now regularly getting 20-40. They made a huge difference.

Since working from home, my office is in a room at the end of the house, further away from the internet connection. This was a great solution.

The router is at one end of the house, the TV at the other. This helped so much with our streaming service. It was easy to set up and we don’t lose the video anymore.
