I purchased this to help the wifi strength for my son's room where he plays online games to help his signal strength. Not only does it give a stronger signal ( on the second floor) than our router on the main floor, but it allows him to plug directly into the extender just as if he was plug into the main router on the first floor. Well worth the money. Great buy!

excellent product. Only problem is during installation. Password is factory assigned and it is not in the box. You have to connect a PC in order to see it and change it.

I admit I was surprised at the way this little device extended my WiFi coverage. In my case, I have a 3500 sq. ft. two story house. Router in lower level as far to one side as possible. Before I purchased this, I had literally no coverage on the far side of the upper level. Now, I not only have coverage, but internet speed is as high as it is anywhere else.

Love this and it is the most affordable solution for expanding your network. I had it installed to prevent my electronics from dropping the internet signal and stalling.

Did not work in my house due to lack of plug interface. Has to be plugged into a wall socket and not into a power strip. Have used product similar and they do help yet it is a bit slower upload and download speed.
