    It was a struggle to connect as the device steps were not in line with the actual process. Required several attempts and discovery to get the extender to connect with the WIFI.

    had earlier version in Australia, moved to new apartment in US, purchased similar model - worked really well (100 MPBS up and download) for several minutes then continually had error light on poor electrical circuit, Thought faulty device so swapped for new one - same problem - Netgear support was ok but blamed ISP and wanted to sell me a Firewall for a couple of hundred dollars. Unimpressed - ended up with Netgear Mesh system and works well
