    BB employee convinced me to purchase this product instead of a wifi adapter. This product worked about 2 weeks. It now works intermittently. The chat feature made an appointment in the store. I went today to be told they couldn't fix anything and the return window was only 14 days unless I had paid for membership.

    The device seemed to help a couple of weeks ago, but then my Amazon Fire went bad. I replaced it with a Roku, but I still get the message that streaming signals are too weak.

    I bought this to expand my Comcast network and connect a Sonos system. It does that, and my Sonos system works, but my wifi network still isn't as strong as I had hoped.
