Great card
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The car does absolutely everything you would need. I purchased it for a future proof system for VR for when the prices drop still slightly more expensive than I want to spend currently. Haven't messed with the overclocking and this founders addition card stock seems to do just fine for my uses mostly BF 1.

Beast Mode
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you aren't gaming, this probably isn't the card for you. I thought the 1070 was great, but the 1080 cranks it up to 11. No lag, no jitter, no death from stuck polygons...I kill everything with this card! All that and it is fairly quiet with a decent power draw. No AMD burner in my system.

A svelte beast
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. You need two last gen 980s to match the power of this beast. However, the 1080 is so efficient that it consumes significantly less power than one 980, while matching the duo pound for pound in performance. 4K gaming, or triple monitor gaming, or both. Hardly breaks a sweat. Runs cool and quiet. Perfect card.

Overkill for me
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed a new video card and waited for the 1080 Very happy with this card and I know I am not a hard core gamer so it is wasted a bit, but hey why not. I am running it now on a workstation running Server 2016. Overall it works great with games and anything I can throw at it including 2x 4k monitors.

Awesome GPU
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It's a great Graphics card for anyone looking to game, a bit on the pricey side but it will flawlessly play games on 1080p settings at ultra settings. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for smooth, consistent frame rates. I haven't played games at 1440p or 4K resolution but I will in the future.

Great card!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This card is beautiful. Runs all games I’ve thrown at it so far easily at 75hz constantly. It’s never even gotten too hot either, which is great, considering there’s only one fan. I would totally recommend especially at $550! Also the green “geforce gtx” on the side is beautiful.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was lucky enough to have one of these show up at my local store...well I did keep checking to see if any were in stock, caught one that just came off the truck. Best performance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've never owned the latest and greatest but this time decided to spend the extra $$$ to get it and it was well worth it. You can never say future proof but in this case at the very least I will be for some time. Added benefit is its sort of OEM so no other branding (EVGA, ASUS etc..)

1080 Monster Overkill
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. To get the full benefit of this card, I recommend a new(er) Motherboard with PCI express 3.0 slots. I dropped this monster into an old rig and I'm hitting epic graphic settings (1080p) on everything I load. Old Rig: 1st Gen Core i7 12GB DDR3 Gigabyte Motherboard with only express2.0 slots.

Get it!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. If you can swing the price tag get it. I also purchased an Asus 4k Monitor to specifically game in 4K which this card handles without any issues. All the latest games with antialiasing turned off and everything else on the max rarely goes under 60 fps, and detail in the games is fantastic.

Great Card
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I picked this up during the price drop and free game code. Made it only a few bucks more than a 1070. Runs everything I've thrown at it on ultra, triple a titles, steam games, yet to find something it can't handle. It runs cool and quiet in my corsair air 240. Definitly would recommend.

Amazing Graphics
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this card to upgrade my system from a AMD Radeon 7950. Almost any game can be run max settings and get 60+ frames with a current gen intel CPU and DDR4 ram. Highly recommend this card as it also significantly outperforms it’s predicessors in the same series.

Best Gaming Experience with the GTX 1080
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This GTX 1080 was an upgrade from my GTX 980, this GPU paired with an Asus ROG Swift PG348Q monitor is astonishing. I am able to experience crisp gameplay and able to see things clearly while playing Overwatch in 3440x1440. This GTX 1080 is always handling whatever settings I can put on it!

Runs great Though Pricey
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The card is pretty great just the biggest drawback is that there is only 1 HDMI and 1 DVI. The rest are display ports which you can daisy chain off of a single one anyways! The card also gets REALLY warm. i was hittin around 80C+ with the card playing overwatch on max settings. No reason for it to be that warm for that game. So really for the money there are much better cards out there than this one but this one will still run anything you throw at it.

Amazing GPU Performance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Coming from a GTX 760 to this GTX 1080 all I can say is wow and thats to be expected. Going from an older generation of GPUs to a new one is a big difference. It runs all my games on Ultra/High with no problems and I play most of my games on a 144hz monitor.

Powehouse
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had this put in a fairly tiny tower. An Asus rog tower. It uses low power for such a fast card and doesn't over heat. I can play every game at very high resolution and it doesn't overheat. Great product. Best buy also gave me 10% off as a promotion for my birthday. I'm very happy

Beast for 1080p
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this for player unknown battlegrounds on my 1080p monitor. The settings are on ultra and it doesn't hiccup one inch. It's not that much different in cost from a 1070 and it will certainly be more resilient against obsolescence. Good pick and wil llast a long time
