I've actually bought two of these and linked them through an SLI bridge. Since I have two 28" 4k monitors with which I am an avid multi-tasker I thought it prudent to purchase the most powerful cards I was comfortable purchasing. To date, they handle GTA, flights sims, multiple videos and large spreadsheets happening concurrently with aplomb. My only critique (which may be more software related than the graphics card) is its inability to run SFV at max settings with full graphics acceleration. It runs fine @ 60, but I'm curious as to why this is an issue. All this to say worth the investment to date.

Now that Nvidia has released the drivers for these Pascal based cards I was able to buy a stock GTX 1080 and run it in my 2010 Mac Pro without having to get the card flashed. I wish it had a startup screen, was compliant with El Cap or Mavericks but the card works great with Premiere Pro running Sierra.

I purchased this card as a 2nd card for an SLI configuration to enhance the encoding/rendering in Adobe Premiere and After Effects. However, I returned the card, not because of stability issues or lack of performance in and of itself, but because I did not see the performance increase in the Apps I use as expected.

Definitely fulfilled its job. I thought that the card was reall easy to install and worked almost immediately. You WILL need a capable CPU + RAM though.

A very unique piece that is very easy in install and truly make a huge difference. The graphics it produces are amazing.

Was purchased online as a gift for xmas. He is 14 and figured out how to install and configure it all on his own. Seems to be working fine for him.

Great card for anyone who needs the upgrade. Founder's edition comes with a blower style cooler so it's louder than most out manufacturer cards.

I have 2 PC's now running with this card. Both can run most if not all games at max settings without issues. I have one running on a 49" 4k TV and the other running on a 55" 4k TV. Both can run Overwatch at max with no issues. Newer games may not run as well, but I can still add another card if needed.

Love the product, and has made my gaming downtime much more enjoyable. Best buy staff at my local store were a huge help and appreciated that they actually informed me about what I should get based on what I wanted to do instead of just pointing me to the most expensive item

I was running sli and took one of the cards out, for the frame drop I got,I just left it and built a second computer for my son, these are great cards well worth the money, one of these cards get the same frame rates as my sli gtx980's , so in closing you will not be let down.

I was waiting for the gtx 1080 ti price after they released it, when I saw they dropped the price on the gtx 1080 from $700.00 to $500.00 I jump on it. After using it for 3 month it is worth the money now it is cheaper.

supporting Nvidia with the higher cost of this guarantees you it will work as designed. Other vendors change the layout and specs and sometimes this causes issues down the line. I am an avid gamer and want something that will work with no fiddling around to make it work out of the box.

This is the second one of these cards that I purchased. I was looking fro 144 Hz 1ms response and you do get that from this card after correct setup. Power drain is reasonable at about 180 W so no need to update power supply (typically). However I dropped a star because it comes with no power leads (8 pin needed) - I had to buy this separately. Also does not come with screw(s) to secure it in the tower enclosure.

So far this card is such a monster and at this price it's great. Before the crypto price increase this was this cheap or a bit cheaper so don't expect heavenly prices currently but you can't go wrong with this one. Powerful and maxed out most games I can play.

My first higher end graphics card purchase.this card runs like a champ with high frame rates and smooth gaming

This card was an upgrade from an Nvidia 700 series card. This card performs extremely good. I can pay any game with ultra graphic settings. Using with a triple monitor setup and I still have no frame rate drop with graphics settings turned up. Love this card

This is a beast of card. I got the card at a massively good price and it has easily handled anything that I've thrown at it. I've ran Forza Horizon 3 at 4K with a steady 54 frames per second. If you plan on overclocking the card, be sure to upgrade the cooling.

Picked this card up and its everything Nvidia said it was. Current clocks are 2.2ghz core 11.8ghzmemory fan set at 75% load temps in games 72c. One the the highest clocking 1080's I seen so far without adding voltage to the core. Even beats non reference models.

I picked this up at best buy for msrp, so obviously it's nice to get a high end graphics card without dealing with all the scalper scum trying to make money off bitcoin miners.

This is a great GPU capable of playing most of the current games at full HD 1080p resolution with max settings.
