I upgraded to this from a Radeon HD 7970 and I am blown away. This thing doesn't blink with even the heaviest VR games thrown at it. Awesome!

Noticeable difference between gtx 980 and gtx 1080 when running VR games. Worth the purchase if you want to get an excellent VR experience.

What an upgrade! Runs everything including VR at highest settings. 8 gigs of Ram!! Looks great in my case as well. Satisfied!!!!!

Replaced my EVGA 980 GTX with this, allowed higher settings in GTAV at 1440p with nice 60+ FPS.

Was worried it wouldnt fit on my alienware because of the 8pin coneector but you can use the 6+2 pin option and it will work perfect

Display port adapters stopped working. HDMI and DVI continued. Card less than year old. Google search of problem demonstrated numerous individuals having same problem. NVIDA support poor —down most of day. Other manufacturers like Asus, you provide credit card and they ship out RMA replacement immediately. If you don’t return defective device they charge your card. There is no such option with NVIDA—a waste of your time—days of trying to get support then they run your through hours of diagnostic testing to finally agree their product is defective now weeks to get a replacement. I recommend going with AMD Radeon.

The card was great. I was pretty much running it about 18 hours a day and it never slowed down. Runs pretty cool on air!

I seriously manage such an insane overclock on this card. Totally holds up in games with my i5 8400.

Decided to get a 1080 cuz I wanted better visuals, this one works very well, easy to install, does have SLI capability

While expensive, I do believe this card is worth the investment. Runs cool, quiet, and ultra settings on most games. The only reason I didn't give it five stars, is that there are better versions of the 1080 with higher clock speeds and performance for about the same price.

Good Hash rate for Mining along with overclocking need. Great graphics rendering for current gamming requirements

I was waiting to see the AMD 480's start being in stock and got this on a whim. Don't have any regrest at all card is great.

I bought this card to use with an oculus rift. It woks great for that purpose. I think $699 plus tax for this card is a little high since other 1080's cards with better cooling and higher running speeds are between $600-$699. I think this card would be great for a $600 price tag.

Runs BF1, COD IW, over 90fps. No Coil Whine. No cooling issues. Only negative is cost... but you get what you pay for. :)

I purchased this item before fully doing research. The EVGA FTW Hybrid is the same price and so much better. My gpu never gets about 48 C. And runs smooth as butter. The 1080 is amazing but I recommend the EVGA

The GTX 1080 ($700)is not a bad card at all but for the price and all of the hype, I'm disappointed. it is only getting 20 more FPS than the GTX 970($270). Don't waste your money on it unless you are made of money.

Obviously this guy is gonna max out anything you throw at it. I almost feel bad for using a 1080p monitor with it.
