    The product in itself is amazing however, when we had issues with it even though I paid for the protection plan and it was still within the timeframe of the protection plan because BB no longer sold it in the store there was nothing they could do. Lucky for us that it still fell under the manufacturer’s warranty… I basically paid for a plan for nothing and wasn’t even offered a refund for it …
