A great Christmas present. It is really amazing and my kids (8, 10, 13) loved it. Inexplicably, it quit working after 3 days and therein is the problem. There is no customer support. You have to create an email ticket (they responded in 6 days) and then you try to figure things out from there. I did all the troubleshooting I could with information from the web, but no luck. The simple solution is return it to the store and get a new one - once the are back in stock. I will definitely buy it again and hope it was just an isolated hardware problem. This thing is worth a second shot!

The Rift S is a great starting point in VR for PC only gamers! I chose this over a quest just because my PC experience was more important to me than having a portable option. Be warned that soon Facebook accounts will be required for setup though.

This a good headset. I have had issue with games where it will crash. The adapter to plug into your computer instead of plugging into the hdmi port sticks out very far.

Was iffy about getting a VR from the beginning but I decided to get the oculus rifts s, amazing VR comfortable and easy to use and has good games.

At first I had a bit of difficulty setting it up on my laptop but once I got the meat and potatoes of it no problem. I’ve only used it a few times and mainly bought it for DCS and so far it works great, no complaints with the Oculus Rift S

You can not get better vr experience for the price and especially the fact u don't need a laptop or desktop. New systems requires different connection type than hdmi. This system all in one. So awesome

An absolutely amazing headset, works great with steam VR and games like beat saber, phasmophobia, and Half life Alyx. Need to reset and reconfigure your virtual play area every once and a while but other than that it works flawlessly!

Great value for a VR headset of this quality. Good for if you want to get started in VR. The only complaint is the software based IPD adjustment.

Works great, the screen door effect is barely there which is amazing. I recommend getting a KIWI pulley system because the cord is very delicate and twists easily so it breaks the immersion.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my son. Absolutely amazing! The graphics and sound are great. You can even plug up a nice set of Bose headphones to it and enjoy it even more. Lots of titles to choose from and quite a few are totally free. I highly recommend this!

Unlike some of the other systems, this will scale with your pc and is a little newer than the older rift system. Good very for a decent price.

This was a great buy for my daughter on her birthday. Kids and adults have both been amazed by the experience. I would recommend buying something to suspend the cable from the ceiling as it help with immersion and not having to worry about getting caught in the cable.

Purchased for my son but Ive been having fun with it as well. The google map app is amazing and Im looking forward to playing Half Life Alyx. Best buy was the only store to have the unit on sale and it was still available ahead of the holidays.

My son and whole family love this! It is extremely fun for any age group. Just make sure you research on the area that is needed to get the full affect. In our home it is best used in the living room.

When it works, it's amazing. But be warned, multiple people have complained about the headset displaying static after a bit while using the headset. A lot of this boils down to if your motherboard and gpu are delivering power + data at the speeds the Rift S needs. If you have issues with freezing or stuttering with your Rift S try using a different USB controller and port (depending on your motherboard they might separate rows into different controllers) and also disable things like Nvidia Surround (which uses gpu bandwidth for synchronization).

My daughter loves this VR device for her PC! Since she's on the PC all day everyday now anyway, at least this gets her out of her chair and moving a little. This device was super easy to configure and get started on her PC games.

The only issue is the controllers don't have an off button. Have to take out the batteries to preserve battery life. Wonderful system.

Love the Oculus Rift S - it's been super fun to get into VR and I would highly recommend purchasing this or the Quest 2, especially if you have hardware to support SteamVR for games like SkyrimVR, Half Life Alyx, and more.

This thing gets the job done well especially if you have a beefy gpu to power it. For the price it is well worth it. Having no external sensors is also a plus and it still performs very well as far as tracking the remotes. I do not regret this buy!
